Drawing on a sample of 5452 Finnish employees, this study explores the factors associated with employees’ abrupt adjustment to remote work. Our study showed the results of a pre-post comparison of a one-group intervention. In this study, awareness of business ethics is investigated from a sample of 307 undergraduate and postgraduate management students at a Polish university.
