Complexes hétéronucléaires Cp2MM′(Cp)(CO)3 (M Nb, Ta; M′ Mo, W) avec groupes carbonyles pontants et semi-pontants: synthèse et comportement dynam…
1991
Abstract Heteronuclear structures Cp 2 MM′(Cp)(CO) 3 (M Nb, Ta; M′ Mo, W) are obtained by heating Cp 2 MH 3 (M Nb, Ta) with Cp 2 M′ 2 (CO) 6 (M′ Mo, W) or starting from Cp 2 M(CO)H and Cp 2 M′ 2 (CO) 4 . These heterobimetallic complexes show three CO coordination modes: terminal, semi-bridging and bridging. The two cyclopentadienyl groups of the Cp 2 M moiety are anisochronous owing to molecular rigidity; rotation barriers around the MM′ bond have been estimated and are greatest with tantalum derivatives.
Glandulosides A-D, triterpene saponins from Acanthophyllum glandulosum.
2004
Four novel triterpenoid saponins, glandulosides A (1), B (2), C (3), and D (4), together with two known saponins (5 and 6) have been isolated from the roots of Acanthophyllum glandulosum. Their structures were elucidated using a combination of homo- and heteronuclear 2D NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC) and by FABMS. The new compounds were characterized as 23-O-beta-D-galactopyranosylgypsogenic acid-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->3)-[beta-d-galactopyranosyl-(1-->6)]-beta-D-galactopyranoside (1), 3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-(1-->2)-[beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)]-beta-D-glucuronopyranosylgypsogenin-28-O-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->3)-beta-D-xylopyranosyl-(1-->4)-alpha-l-rhamn…
Preparation of 2-amino-5-methyl-7H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-α]pyrimidin-7-ones
2005
2-Amino substituted 7H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-α]pyrimidin-7-ones 11a-e were prepared by the reaction of 2-bromo-5-amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole (1b) and diketene (8), subsequent cyclocondensation (9b 3b) and displacement of the bromo substituents by the reaction with primary or secondary amines (3b 11a-e). The hydrogen atom 6-H in the heterobicycle 3b is replaced by a Cl or Br atom in the transformation of 3b 14a,b. The 2-bromo-6-chloro compound 14a reacts chemoselectively in the 2-position with dimethylamine (14a 15). The structure elucidations are based on one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques including a heteronuclear NOE measurement.
Polyaminocyclodextrin nanosponges: synthesis, characterization and pH-responsive sequestration abilities
2016
New pH-responsive nanosponges were obtained by reacting four different polyaminocyclodextrins with heptakis-(6-bromo)-(6-deoxy)-β-cyclodextrin. The materials obtained were characterized by various techniques (FT-IR, potentiometric titration, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), porosimetry (BET), 13C{1H} CP-MAS NMR). Their adsorption abilities at different pH values were verified towards a suitable set of model guests, and seem mainly controlled by electrostatic interactions, as a function of the protonation/charge status of the polymer matrix. By contrast, data positively point out a lesser importance assumed by the induced-fit effect, important in affecting the formation of host–guest…
Solid-state NMR characterization of the structure and thermal stability of hybrid organic-inorganic compounds based on a HLaNb2O7 Dion-Jacobson layer…
2016
Dion-Jacobson phases, like MLaNb2O7, are an interesting class of ion-exchangeable layered perovskites possessing electronic and photocatalytic properties. Their protonated and organo-modified homologues, in particular, have already been indicated as promising catalysts. However, the structural analysis of these highly tailorable materials is still incomplete, and both the intercalation process and thermal stability of the included organic moieties are far from being completely understood. In this study, we present a thorough solid-state NMR characterization of HLaNb2O7·xH2O intercalated with different amounts of octylamine, or with decylamine. Samples were analyzed as prepared, and after th…
Synthesis of high surface area perovskite catalysts by non-conventional routes
1997
Abstract The use of rare earth-containing perovskite oxides as total oxidation catalysts faces to the difficulty of obtaining high surface area materials and the need of calcination at high temperatures for its synthesis. In this work, perovskite NdCoO3 catalysts with relatively high surface areas were synthesized at soft calcination conditions by two non-conventional routes: heteronuclear organic complexes and amorphous precursors obtained by freeze-drying of nitrates solutions. Depending on the method used, different degrees of homogeneity in the bulk distribution of the component cations, oxygen non-stoichiometry as well as surface Co/Nd atomic ratios are obtained. In this way, the synth…
New Triterpene Saponins fromAcanthophyllum pachystegium
2004
Four new triterpenoid saponins, pachystegiosides A (1), B (2), C (3), and D (4), were isolated from the roots of Acanthophyllum pachystegium K. H. Their structures were elucidated by means of a combination of homo- and heteronuclear 2D-NMR techniques (COSY, TOCSY, NOESY, HSQC, and HMBC) and by FAB-MS. The new compounds were characterized as 3-O-{O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(12)-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(13)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}quillaic acid 28-{O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(13)-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(14)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(12)-O-[3,4-di-O-acetyl-β-D-quinovopyranosyl-(14)]-β-D-fucopyranosyl}ester (1), 3-O-{O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-(12)-O-[β-D-xylopyranosyl-(13)]-β-D-glucuronopyranosyl}quillaic acid 28-{O-…

Synthesis and NMR configurational study of imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles from 1H-1,4-diazepine-7(6H)-thiones
1993
Abstract A thermal intramolecular cyclization of 1-vinyl2,3-dihydro-3 H -imidazole-2-thiones to imidazo[2,1-b]thiazoles is reported. A heteronuclear correlation study of these systems was made in order to establish the configuration of the products.
