El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar algunos de los antecedentes de la ambidestreza organizativa en las pequenas y medianas empresas (Pymes). La ambidestreza es una capacidad dinamica que permite a las empresas obtener un elevado nivel de desempeno en situaciones que requieren alinearse con el entorno. El fenómeno del voluntariado, como parte del sector no-lucrativo, puede ser estudiado desde una perspectiva de marketing como un comportamiento de consumo en el contexto de la realización de eventos especiales. En este estudio se busca explorar la dimensionalidad de la experiencia de ser voluntario en un megaevento religioso a través del concepto valor analizado con un enfoque diacrónico: pre-uso (valor esperado) vs. post-uso (valor percibido). Mind Your Space! Desk Sharing Working Environments and Employee Commitment in Austria

This paper empirically examines the influence of desk sharing on the various forms of employee commitment. Previous literature has examined the influence of innovative workspace on employee satisfaction as well as the possible the benefits and disadvantages of desk sharing, but not the influence desk sharing may have on employee commitment. Our study examines the level of commitment in organisations that apply desk sharing compared to those with traditional office settings, finding that desk sharing does not necessarily have a negative influence on commitment. Abstract The pressure stability field of the Mg-perovskite phase was investigated by characterizing the evolution of the electron arrangement in the crystal. Ab initio calculations of the perovskite structures in the range 0–185 GPa were performed at the HF/DFT (Hartree-Fock/Density Functional Theory) exchange–correlation terms level. The electron densities, calculated throughout the ab-initio wave functions, were analysed by means of the Bader's theory, coupled with Thom's catastrophe theory. The behaviour of zirconium and hafnium during water-rock interaction

Abstract Zr and Hf are two elements with same ionic charge and similar ionic size at a given coordination number. Despite the Zr/Hf ratio is quite constant in meteorites and lithospheric rocks, in natural waters can be either higher or lower compared to values of interacting minerals and rocks. Here, we reanalyze very recent published and present new data on continental and brine waters indicating that the Zr and Hf behavior is dependent on the properties of the authigenic phases formed during the water-rock interaction process. A Meshless Approach for Electromagnetic Simulation of Metallic Carbon Nanotubes

In this paper, a study on the electromagnetic behaviour of a single wall carbon nanotube model is described. The electrons available for conduction are treated as a thin cylindrical layer fluid and their motion is described by means of classical hydrodynamics equations in linearized form. These equations are solved in time domain using the Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics method. The method suitably handled runs on GRID environment.

Advancements in Sustainable PVDF Copolymer Membrane Preparation Using Rhodiasolv® PolarClean As an Alternative Eco-Friendly Solvent

In this work, Rhodiasolv® PolarClean was employed as a more sustainable solvent for the preparation of poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) flat sheet membranes via phase inversion technique by coupling vapour induced phase separation (VIPS) and non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) processes. Preliminary calculations based on Hansen solubility parameters well predicted the solubilization of the polymer in the selected solvent.
