Geschlechts-Chromatin und Handleistenmuster in einer Landesnervenklinik

Die 804 mannlichen Patienten einer allgemeinen Landesnervenklinik wurden systematisch nach Kerngeschlecht und Handleistenmustern untersucht. Dabei fanden sich 0,62% chromatin-positive, nach der Chromosomenanalyse verschiedene Typen des Klinefelter-Syndroms. Wenn auch eine Reihe von Papillarleistenmustern fur Aberrationen der Geschlechtschromosomen charakteristisch sind, so ist die Auspragung doch zu variabel, um diese Aberrationen untereinander zu differenzieren. Die Auswahl nach Grose und kriminellen Vorgeschichte forderte in diesem Material keinen YY-Fall zu Tage.

Einleitung Die Hypothermiebehandlung (TH) verbessert bei Neugeborenen mit hypoxisch-ischamischer Enzephalopathie (HIE) das Outcome und sollte bei Hinweisen fur eine perinatale Asphyxie und Zeichen einer moderaten oder schweren HIE angewendet werden. Material/Methode Die Haufigkeit der HIE und der Anwendung der TH wurde aus den Daten der Neonatalerhebung und den Daten des 2010 etablierten Hypothermieregisters extrahiert. The paper is presenting the recent evolution of e-health aspects in Romania. Data presented are based on governmental reports. Surveys organized by the "Lucian Blaga" University of Sibiu and studies carried on by the national Institute for Research and Development in Informatics (I.C.I.) have shown that Romania has important health problems, from cardio vascular diseases (CVD) to cancer and infectious diseases, a high score on mortality and morbidity and a low one on natality.
