The present paper aims to validate our research on human-humanoid interaction (HHI) using the minimalistic humanoid robot Telenoid. We have conducted human-robot interactions test with 100 young people with no prior interaction experience with this robot. The main goal is the analysis of the two social dimension (perception and believability) useful for increasing the natural behavior between users and Telenoid. We administrated our custom questionnaire to these subjects after a well defined experimental setting (ordinary and goal-guided task). In this paper is illustrated the cognitive architecture of a humanoid robot based on the proposed paradigm of Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). This paradigm is a step towards the simulation of an emotional behavior of a robot interacting with humans. The LSA approach allows the creation and the use of a data driven high-dimensional conceptual space. We developed an architecture based on three main areas: Sub-conceptual, Emotional and Behavioral. La libertad de expresión es un derecho que funciona como piedra angular de un Estado democrático, pues permite la toma de decisiones informadas y la transmisión de las ideas. Sin embargo, ese derecho puede encontrar ciertos límites, como el caso de los discursos de odio. En el presente trabajo se analiza cómo deben regularse los límites de la libertad de expresión cuando se trata de discursos de odio, y cuáles deberían ser las sanciones para quienes incurren en dicha conducta.

En este trabajo se analiza la importancia de proteger la libertad de expresión, especialmente por parte de personas que ejercen el periodismo, así como la obligación de las autoridades para investigar, procesar y sancionar a las personas responsables de atentados contra periodistas. Lo anterior a partir del estudio del caso resuelto en el año 2018 por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos: Carvajal Carvajal y otros vs. Colombia.

Design/Methodology/Approach: After an in-depth review, we chose the best method for ex ante business model evaluation, improved this method, and applied it to a real case study in which business models had been proposed for a Sustainable Smart District project.
