La educacion emocional y la resolucion de conflictos son factores clave en la mejora del clima del aula. Asi lo demuestra nuestra experiencia contextualizada en un centro de secundaria de la ciudad de Valencia (Espana) con un alto indice de expedientes sancionadores. La puesta en practica, en dicho centro, de un programa de intervencion y formacion para entrenar las tecnicas relacionadas con la educacion emocional y la resolucion pacifica de los conflictos ha supuesto una reduccion significativa tanto en el numero de expedientes como en la manera de afrontarlos traduciendose en una mejora de la convivencia en el centro mediante un aumento de la Cultura de Mediacion.

Abstract. The Brief Resilience Scale (BRS) measures the ability to recover from stress. To provide further evidence for construct validity of the German BRS and to determine population-based norms, a large sample (N = 1,128) representative of the German adult population completed a survey including the BRS and instruments measuring perceived stress and the resilience factors optimism, self-efficacy, and locus of control. Confirmatory factor analyses showed best model fit for a five-factor model differentiating the ability to recover from stress from the three resilience factors. Aim: The present study aimed to determine the prevalence and determinants of SPTG among medical personnel, considering occupational load, job satisfaction, social support, and cognitive processing of trauma, understood as cognitive coping strategies. This study aims to develop and validate a new self-report questionnaire to measure orthorexia nervosa (ON). Based on a current review of the scientific literature and interviews with people at risk of orthorexia, 40 items were selected to test orthorexia nervosa (TON-40). A total sample of 767 individuals (M = 26.49, SD = 9.66, 56.98% women) participated in the study.
