W swoim artykule prezentuję spektakl oparty na poemacie Tomasza Różyckiego - Opolanina, jednego z najważniejszych polskich poetów współczesnych. Dwanaście stacji przedstawia codzienność opolskiego Śląska - regionu, w którym kultura lokalna miesza się z niemiecką i kresową. Szczególnie w Opolu tekst okazuje się nośny, ponieważ dotyczy generacji przesiedleńców z Kresów, która wciąż tu pozostaje, żyjąc w pewnej izolacji. Utwór Różyckiego przedstawia dramat odejścia tej generacji. Starszyzna postanawia wyruszyć z powrotem na Kresy, choć jest to już tylko podróż mentalna. Influence of the sex reassignment on the subjective well-being of transgender men – results of the pilot study and discussion about future research

This pilot study was aimed at verifying scientific reports on the good functioning of transgender people. On this basis, it was attempted to compare the subjective well-being of transgender men with heterosexual, homosexual and bisexual cisgender men. This study tried to verify the role of hormone therapy and surgical gender correction (sex reassignment surgery) as potential predictors of the subjective well-being of transgender men. Badanie pilotażowe miało na celu weryfikację doniesień naukowych mówiących o dobrym funkcjonowaniu osób transpłciowych. This article aims at highlighting the signs of transparency and opacity in gastronomic communication. The esthesic, aesthetic and ethical dimension will be considered through discursive and visual elements put at stake in the presentation of dishes so that their flavours as well as the sensations and emotions they produce will fully come out. It will illustrate the interactions between the creative chef and the guest who will feel sensations, each of them asserting the construction of their identity. Gastronomic semiotics will be considered as socio-semiotics, which takes into account aesthetic values of today's society and also accounts for the complexity of senses.

The process of envisioning the future is central to teachers’ identity construction, but different environments create distinct sociocultural conditions for the process. This qualitative study drawing on visual-textual methods compares Finnish and Brazilian student teachers’ desired and feared professional futures. Two different perspectives on future identities were detected: a desire for status and a desire for meaningfulness. The results revealed the radically different social status of teaching in the two countries and the role this played in the envisioned identities. It highlights those aspects that are in some sense surprising, in relation to his previous publications and the general debates on Hegelian Anerkennung and the politics of recognition.
