JYFLTRAP: a Penning trap for precision mass spectroscopy and isobaric purification

In this article a comprehensive description and performance of the double Penning-trap setup JYFLTRAP will be detailed. The setup is designed for atomic mass measurements of both radioactive and stable ions and additionally serves as a very high-resolution mass separator. The setup is coupled to the IGISOL facility at the accelerator laboratory of the University of Jyväskylä. The trap has been online since 2003 and it was shut down in the summer of 2010 for relocation to the upgraded IGISOL facility. Tā ir viena no agrīnā vecuma bērnu runas teorijas un prakses aktuālākajām problēmām, jo valoda rodas, veidojas un attīstās saskarsmes procesā. Abstract The radioisotope 26Al is a key observable for nucleosynthesis in the Galaxy and the environment of the early Solar System. To properly interpret the large variety of astronomical and meteoritic data, it is crucial to understand both the nuclear reactions involved in the production of 26Al in the relevant stellar sites and the physics of such sites. Neutrinoless double beta decay (0{\nu}\b{eta}\b{eta}) is considered the best potential resource to determine the absolute neutrino mass scale. Moreover, if observed, it will signal that the total lepton number is not conserved and neutrinos are their own anti-particles. This article focuses on Goethe’s specific concept of drawing as it appears to the reader through the pages of his Italian journey. A fundamental role is played in this discourse by Christoph Heinrich Kniep, a young German draughtsman who has been recommended to Goethe by his friend, the painter Tischbein, and who accompanied the poet during his trip to Sicily.
