Prokurora loma pirmstiesas procesa izmeklēšanā

Pirmstiesas izmeklēšana kvalitāte Latvijā tiek vērtēta kritiski, līdz ar to prokurora lomas stiprināšana var uzlabot un padarīt efektīvāku attiecīgo posmu kopumā. Minētās problēmas kontekstā darba mērķis ir rast risinājumus prokurora lomas paplašināšanai pirmstiesas procesa izmeklēšanā. Lai sasniegtu šo mērķi autore izpēta un analizē prokurora atbildības aspektus pirmstiesas procesa izmeklēšanā Latvijā un ārvalstīs, veicot salīdzinošo izpēti. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek sniegti priekšlikumi attiecībā uz normatīvā regulējuma pilnveidi atsevišķos jautājumos un autores redzējums par prokuratūras iesaisti pirmstiesas procesa izmeklēšanā kopumā.

This paper focuses on the evaluation of an incentive program for firms implemented in southern Italy during the last decade. In the framework of the policy instruments aimed to reduce territorial disparities, and to support local development, territorial integrated projects (TIP) constituted a new operational mode to implement the Regional Operational Programmes. Background: Heart failure (HF) is a major and growing public health problem worldwide. Across the world, heart failure is associated with high mortality, high hospitalization rates, and poor quality of life. Self-care is defined as a naturalistic decision-making process involving the choice of behaviors that maintain physiologic stability, the response to symptoms when they occur, and the ability to follow the treatment regimen and control symptoms. This study aimed to translate the modified Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ) and the Youth Sport Environment Questionnaire (YSEQ) into Norwegian, examine the factor structure and reliability of the scales through independent clusters model confirmatory factor analysis (ICM-CFA) and exploratory structural equation modeling (ESEM), and examine differential item functioning (DIF) as a function of sex. Challenge is a key motivation for videogame play. But what kind of challenge types videogames include, and which of them players prefer? This article helps to answer the above questions by developing and validating Videogame Challenge Inventory (CHA), a psychometrically sound measurement for investigating players’ challenge preferences in videogames. Based on a review of literature, we developed a 38-item version of CHA that was included in a social media user survey (N = 813). Darba mērķis ir apzināt potenciālās problēmas, kas izriet no Apvienoto Nāciju organizācijas 1980.gada konvencijas par starptautiskajiem preču pirkuma-pārdevuma līgumiem (turpmāk – CISG) regulējuma un skar pirmslīguma sarunu laiku. Lai to sasniegtu, autore analizēs divus pantus, kuros iespējams saskatīt pirmslīguma sarunu nozīmi – CISG 7. un 8.pantu, pētot, vai CISG 7.pantā ir ietverts regulējums, kas attiecas uz atbildību, kas var izrietēt no pirmslīguma sarunām, kā arī to, kā CISG 8.panta trešajā daļā ietvertais noteikums pielietojams praksē dažādās situācijās, kurās tā pielietošanas iespējamība nav viennozīmīga.
