D vitamīna deficīts Latvijā salīdzinājumā ar citām valstīm un biežāk pielietotie principi tā novēršanai

Vitamīna D nepietiekamība ir plaši izplatīta visā pasaulē. Veiktajā pētījumā tika analizētas „E.Gulbja laboratorijā” 02.01.2014.-31.12.2018. veikto vitamīna D asins analīžu rezultāti, un aptiekas klientu un ārstu anketēšanā iegūtā informācija. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka 64% no visām veiktajām analīzēm tiek konstatēts vitamīna D trūkums. Novērošanas periodā konstatētais vidējais D vitamīna līmenis bija 27,5 ng/mL, kas, salīdzinājumā ar citām Eiropas valstīm, ir tuvu pietiekama līmeņa robežai. The current economic contest makes the gearing more and more frequent for operators, entrepreneurs and those who are not entrepreneurs. This makes necessary to provide some legal procedures that have to be “new”, compared to the past: they have to be able to resolve and to get over the “crisis from over-gearing of the debtors”. In these procedures, a very important role is given to bodies made of professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, notaries. In this way born the “bodies of composition for the crisis of over-gearing”, which cooperate with the judge in order to remove the accumuluted debts from the debtor and to protect the unpaid creditors.

Background Population-based data on vitamin D status in pregnancy in southern European countries are scarce. We assessed the prevalence and determinants of vitamin D insufficiency and deficiency in pregnancy in Spain. Methods Plasma 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3) concentration was measured at the first trimester of gestation in 2,036 pregnant women from several geographical areas of Spain (latitude 39–42°N). Abstract Background Vitamin D deficiency is very common in elderly people while there are very few reports on its incidence, determinants and metabolic consequences in young subjects. Results In 608 young healthy premenopausal women participating in the BONTURNO study, levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25(OH)D] below 20 ng/ml were found in almost a third of the women. Its levels were inversely ( P 2 ) and directly with sunlight exposure during the summer time, and latitude: i.e. the higher the latitude over Italy, the higher the 25(OH)D level. Nucleoside analogue-induced lactic acidosis is an often fatal condition in patients with HIV. There is only one report of successful treatment with riboflavin. We describe a 30-year-old female with AIDS and nucleoside analogue-induced lactic acidosis that exacerbated shortly after introducing total parenteral nutrition and reversed within hours after the addition of thiamine. Successful treatment of nucleoside analogue-induced lactic acidosis with a high dose of thiamine supports the hypothesis that vitamin deficiency is an important cofactor in the development of this rare and unpredictable condition in patients with HIV.
