Aquest article planteja la necessitat d'oferir claus pedagògics de la innovació i canvi social a les universitats i institucions de formació del segle XXI. Per tant, el que subratlla és la importància de promoure l'educació intercultural a través de les TIC (tecnologies de la informació i comunicació) com a element d'innovació i projecció positiva de la diversitat cultural. Cooperació en xarxa des d'una perspectiva intercultural i la promoció d'habilitats Interculturals són elements fonamentals per a transformar una societat formació escenaris en permanent canvi social.
New trends in teacher’s education. Educational placement of the adopted child

Abstract In Italy, the number of adopted school-age children is increasing. According to the Commission of Intercountry Adoption (2013), 3106 children were adopted, 47.5% of them are between 5 and 9 years old. The present action-research aims at exploring the spread of good approaches in schools in terms of welcoming of adopted children. For this purpose, 268 teachers of primary schools were involved in analyzing the social representation about adopted children and their family. The results show a simplified vision of the adoptive family, which is described as heroic family or, on the contrary, as a family with difficulty.

This study focuses on flipped learning as an innovative teaching method. Piedāvātais mācību tēmas “Plecģērba šūšana” risinājums ir aktuāls mūsdienās, kad lielāka uzmanība tiek pievērsta kultūras mantojuma saglabāšanai un starpkultūru saskarsmei. Darbā tiek apskatīti 10 kultūru tradicionālie tērpi. Skolniecēm tika dota iespēja apgūt tradicionālā savienošanu ar mūsdienīgo. Darbā ir izpētīti normatīvie dokumenti, plecģērba šūšanas tehnoloģijas, mācību metodes un mācību tematiskā plāna aprobācija. Mācību uzdevuma ietvaros tika veicināta skolēnu cieņa pret kultūras mantojumu un spēja to novērtēt, attīstīta radošā domāšana un pieeja. Darbā ir 4 nodaļas, 9 apakšnodaļas, 19 tabulas, 3 attēli, 6 pielikumi.

Durant les últimes dècades els sistemes educatius europeus estan fent front a nombrosos reptes relacionats amb el tractament de la diversitat cultural i lingüística de l’alumnat. Per tal de poder afrontar aquesta diversitat es fa necessari impulsar plantejaments globals que s’adrecin al conjunt de la població amb la finalitat de construir una societat cohesionada. A l’article exposem algunes de les principals dificultats relatives a la formació inicial del professorat en quan a la gestió i al tractament de la diversitat lingüística i cultural, així com diferents projectes i enfocaments que pretenen establir noves directrius per a la seva formació competencial.
