Many national and international studies have concentrated on the evaluation and promotion of the inclusive qualities of schools. It is a complex issue which has led to wide debate and a variety of contributions which in turn highlight the need for a tool capable of measuring the inclusive quality of our schools in order to determine the empirical evidence regarding this topic. This article presents the results of an experiment in drafting a questionnaire in order to measure the inclusive quality of the school system perceived by its pupils. The questionnaire is intended as an evaluation and selfevaluation tool that enables the inclusive quality generated by the context to be measured as it is perceived by pupils. At the same time the tool allows reflection processes amongst teachers to be promoted so that they can implement educational activities which contribute to the planning and control of inclusive teaching practices. This contribution puts forward an original tool for measuring the inclusive quality of the school system perceived by pupils attending primary school in several Sicilian towns. It was administered in its definitive version to a sample of 1652 children. The psychometric properties of the tool and the significance it can hold in the areas of planning in research and of educational design are presented in this paper.Settore M-PED/03 - Didattica E Pedagogia Speciale

Insights into international branch campuses: Mapping trends through a systematic review

Abstract This study analyzes international branch campus (IBC) literature trends from 1960 to 2017 through a systematic review of the different research approaches, views, and positions to map the global scientific production. Over the last two decades, universities worldwide have opened branch campuses abroad, reaching a peak of 249 across thirty-three countries in January 2017. Career adaptability and its relation to self-regulation, career construction, and academic engagement among Spanish university students

Abstract This study analyzed the psychometric properties of the Career Adapt-Abilities Scale (CAAS) in a Spanish speaking sample and then its relationships with adaptive readiness (i.e., self-regulation), career construction and adapting responses (i.e., vocational coping behaviors), and adaptation results (academic engagement, burnout, and vocational identity). The measures were completed by 577 Spanish university students. Come tradurre Milo De Angelis

The section presents the Chinese translation of four poems by Milo De Angelis, who is among the best Italian contemporary poets. The poems are taken from the collection "Incontri e agguati" (Mondadori, 201 5). The texts are both in Italian and Chinese in parallel text. Yang Lin, with the help of Geng Jiang (Chinese musician and poet), took care of the translation. The section opens with a note made by the translation group that analyses the processes of the transposition of the dense poetic language of De Angelis into the Chinese language. There follows an enlightening letter from Milo De Angelis to the translation group. The four poems in Chinese and Italian complete the section.

Il servizio sociale è un lavoro generalmente declinato al femminile. Ciò è un solido dato di realtà riscontrabile in più Paesi, anzi appare come uno stato di cose quasi “universale”, nonostante ciascun Stato abbia costruito nei secoli un Welfare State a misura della sua situazione politica interna e delle sue scelte di politica sociale. Altro dato di realtà è che la preponderanza del genere femminile in questa professione pare talmente “nell’ordine naturale delle cose” da non essere quasi oggetto né di riflessione né di approfondimento, né tantomeno di attenzione nella formazione.
