Dabas sezonālo atkritumu izmantošana šitakē sēņu audzēšanai

2016

2014

Ferrer-Gallego, P., E. Laguna, R. Rosello, J. Gomez & J. B. Peris (2014). Typification of Inula montana L. (Asteraceae). Candollea 69: 5–8. In Spanish, English and French abstracts. The name Inula montana L. (Asteraceae) is lecto- and epitypified. The designated lectotype corresponds to an icon from Robert Morison published in 1699 and the epitype to a plant specimen collected by Morison and conserved at OXF (Morisonian Herbarium).

Orthotrichum Norrisii (Orthotrichaceae), A New Epiphytic Californian Moss

2008

Abstract A new Orthotrichum species, O. norrisii, is described from California. The new taxon is recognized by a unique combination of sporophytic characters: capsule narrowly cylindrical and not contracted below mouth when dry, exothecial bands narrow and formed by 2(–3) cell rows, peristome with eight pairs of exostome teeth and eight endostome segments, stomata cryptopore and located in the lower part of the urn, lid plane and rostrate and vaginula hairy. Widely distributed throughout California, the new taxon has been overlooked and confused with O. tenellum.

Electrochemical monitoring of ROS influence on seedlings and germination response to salinity stress of three species of the tribe Inuleae.

2019

Solid-state electrochemical methods have been applied to the establishment of patterns of plant growth and response to saline stress using seedlings of Inula helenium L., Dittrichia viscosa (L.) Greuter (Inula viscosa (L.) Aiton), Limbarda crithmoides (L.) Dumort (Inula crithmoides L.). Upon in situ electrochemical generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) the reactivity with such species was monitored using voltammetric signals associated to the oxidation of polyphenolic components of the plants. A simple kinetic model based on second-order reaction between ROS and polyphenolic components is applied to electrochemical data yielding apparent rate constants which can be correlated with the…

Sesquiterpene compounds from Inula Viscosa

2007

Two new compounds, 2,5-dihydroxyisocostic acid and 2,3-dihydroxycostic acid together with three known sesquiterpene compounds, Isocostic acid, Carabrone and Tomentosin, have been isolated from the acetone extract of Inula viscosa (L.) Aiton. The structures of all new compounds were determined by spectroscopic methods, in particular 1D and 2D (1)H- and (13)C-NMR. The (13)C-NMR spectra of Isocostic acid and of Tomentosin are reported here for the first time.

Baltās trupes sēnes Lentinula edodes izmantošana lignocelulozi saturošu atlikumu utilizācijā

2017

Darbā novērtēta lignocelulozi saturošu piedevu (kļavu lapas, dažādi apstrādāti kviešu salmi) ietekme uz L. edodes 3565 micēlija biomasas pieaugumu un ekstracelulārās lakāzes aktivitāti. Augstākā lakāzes aktivitāte (545.74±135.92 U/mL) un lielākais micēlija biomasas guvums (422.92±31.52 mg/100 mL) iegūts šķidrās iesala ekstrakta barotnēs ar hemicelulozi un celulozi nesaturošu kviešu salmu piedevu (0.50%), inkubējot uz rotācijas kratītāja (140 rpm). Inkubācijas laikā novērots: 1) pakāpenisks lakāzes aktivitātes pieaugums neatkarīgi no piedevas; 2) vides pH samazināšanās. Maltas kļavu lapas novērtētas kā micēlija blīvumu un radiālo augšanu veicinoša piedeva neatkarīgi no pamatbarotnes. Maltas …

Lignīnu degradējošo sēņu Lentinula edodes kultivēšana lignīnu saturošā vidē

2015

A Mechanistic Approach to theIn VivoAnti-Inflammatory Activity of Sesquiterpenoid Compounds Isolated fromInula viscosa

2001

The present study was designed to examine the anti-inflammatory activity of the sesquiterpenoids ilicic acid and inuviscolide, isolated from Inula viscosa, on cell degranulation, leukotriene biosynthesis, neurogenic drive and glucocorticoid-like interactions. Swiss female mice were used to measure the ear oedema induced by phorbol esters or ethyl phenylpropiolate (EPP), and the paw oedema induced by phospholipase A(2) (PLA(2)) or serotonin. Drug treatment consisted of one topically-applied dose in the ear models and a subcutaneous or intraperitoneal injection in the paw models. Quantitative analysis of leukotriene B(4) (LTB(4)) formation was performed on rat peritoneal neutrophils by high p…
