Čanelinga praktizētāju pieredze Rīgā

Bakalaura darba “Čanelinga praktizētāju pieredze Rīgā” mērķis ir noskaidrot, analizēt un salīdzināt Rīgas čanelinga praktizētāju un klausītāju pieredzes un uzskatus. Metodoloģijas daļā veiktas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar pieciem čanelinga praktizētājiem, kā arī ar trīs klausītājiem kuri dzīvo Rīgā un ir aktīvi interesējušies čanelinga materiālā. Intervijas izstrādnē un rezultātu analīzē tiek ņemtas vērā fenomenoloģijas pieredžu tipificēšanas perspektīvas un sociālā konstruktīvisma teorijas skaidrojumi par pieredzes konstruēšanu. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai pastāv perfekcionisma un ķermeņa tēla uztveres atšķirības cilvēkiem ar dažādu fizisko aktivitāšu veikšanas motivāciju. Pētījumā piedalījās 194 dalībnieki vecumā no 18 līdz 42 gadiem, no kuriem 131 sieviete un 63 vīrieši. Respondenti tika dalīti 3 grupās – mazaktīvi indivīdi (n = 35; M = 30,31; SD = 6,51), indivīdi, kas ar fiziskām aktivitātēm nodarbojas labas pašsajūtas un fiziskās veselības veicināšanai un saglabāšanai (n = 103; M = 26,68; SD = 5,26) un indivīdi, kas ar fiziskām aktivitātēm nodarbojas, lai uzlabotu savu izskatu – samazinātu tauku masu un palielinātu muskuļu masu (n = 56; M = 27,23; SD = 4,54). The formation of multiple proteoforms by post-translational modifications (PTMs) enables a single protein to acquire distinct functional roles in its biological context. Oxidation of methionine residues (Met) is a common PTM, involved in physiological (e.g., signaling) and pathological (e.g., oxidative stress) states. This PTM typically maps at multiple protein sites, generating a heterogeneous population of proteoforms with specific biophysical and biochemical properties. Postharvest quality and sensory attributes of organically grown Ficus carica L.

This study evaluates some physical and chemical characteristics and sensory descriptors of fig fruit cultivars ‘Petrelli’ and ‘Fico di Terlizzi’, belonging to the national germplasm bank of fig trees and cultivated in Southern Italy. For the sensory evaluation of external appearance, the descriptors skin color, pulp color, odor, sweetness, stickiness, bitterness, juiciness, firmness, tannic taste and presence of achenes were measured. Results showed that fresh weight, total soluble solids (TSS), titratable acidity (TA), TSS:TA, firmness, and sensory properties were different for the two cultivars. SSC was more correlated with sensory attributes than TA, but other factors were also important…
