This paper’s purpose is to describe and analyze an error corpus due to interference between Italian and Spanish, produced by 20 Erasmus’s students in Palermo. Those students have studied Italian in their country, but they all have a basic language acquisition. Firstly, because of the affinity between the two languages, the acquisition of a basic competence could seem easily; subsequently it could be difficult to pass to an intermediate level, because of a phonetic, morphological and syntactical adaptation process. This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of the project for the residential complex "Patrizia" in Pavia by Alvar Aalto (1966-1968). Although not realized, for political and economic reasons, the project offers an interesting example of urban planning in an “organic key”. In particular, this paper aims to contextualize the project of Aalto in the broader context of the residential building in Italy after World War II, when the problems of reconstruction and "home" are the heart of the debate on architecture. The essay represents a reflection on the problem of assigning the pet in the case of separation or divorce. The author, after an analysis which took into consideration the multilevel legislation on the subject, which appears still incomplete, as well as the jurisprudence and the doctrine, elaborate a hermeneutical approach with the aim to allow the “custody” of the pet on the grounds of the protection of its well-being, with a prospect of a new category, called “responsabilità padronale”.
