Mesuring the economic efficiency of project related training : some evidence from agricultural bank projects

référence interne : 84050; The paper discusses alternative ways of measuring the economic efficiency of project related training and proposes a model for an empirical evaluation. Data from fifty two agricultural projects have been used to analyse the relationship between the economic outcome of these projects and the amount ot training wich took place in them. The rsults show that there is a statistically significant positive link between the size of the training component and the economic success of the project, the rate of return on training espenditures is very high and there exists a strong complementarity between training and the adult literacy rate of the country is high. The goal of this thesis is to address the question of what would be the subject of the predicates that denote sentiments in Descartes’ writings. The proposed hypothesis is that substances can only be regarded as « the ultimate subjects of inherence » of these predicates. Nevertheless, it will be argued that men and animals, although they are not substances, may be considered the « subjects of attribution » of such predicates, since they have a specific unit, namely, a « unity of composition », which ensures that attribution. La présence de deux actifs occupés dans un ménage représente depuis le dernier quart du XXème siècle la norme dominante pour les familles : une situation censée assurer un certain bien être et les bonnes conditions de reproduction de la société. Les biactifs comptent pour un tiers des ménages en 2015, ils représentent la moitié des individus et du parc automobile des ménages. Or les différentes études menées dans ce rapport sur la configuration spatiale des trajets domicile-travail révèlent une hétérogénéité profonde en ce qui concerne les contraintes de coût et de temps passé en transport.
