Results from studies evaluating potential effects of prenatal exposure to radio-frequency electromagnetic fields from cell phones on birth outcomes have been inconsistent. Using data on 55,507 pregnant women and their children from Denmark (1996-2002), the Netherlands (2003-2004), Spain (2003-2008), and South Korea (2006-2011), we explored whether maternal cell-phone use was associated with pregnancy duration and fetal growth. An important part of cross-linguistic variation manifests itself in the grammatical categories which are available in the grammar of a language, their semantic fine-grainedness and the obligatoriness of their use. The present paper will focus on three domains of grammar: (1) information structure and topicality, (2) converbs and clause combining and (3) modality and evidentiality. These domains are known to be prominent in Japanese and Korean grammar while they are clearly less relevant in English. The contemporary curricular policy reforms encourage teachers to take an agentic role in assessment, but multiple dimensions of the environment affect its realisation. Sparassidae from Japan. II. First Pseudopoda species and new Sinopoda species (Araneae: Sparassidae: Heteropodinae)

The genus Pseudopoda is recorded for the first time from Japan. Pseudopoda kasariana sp. nov. (_??_, _??_) and Pseudopoda spirembolus sp. nov. (_??_, _??_) are described from Amami-oshima Island and Okinawajima Island respectively. Four new Sinopoda species are described: Sinopoda albofasciata (_??_), Sinopoda derivata (_??_, _??_), Sinopoda ogatai (_??_, _??_) and Sinopoda stellatops (_??_, _??_). Sinopoda koreana (Paik 1968) is recorded for the first time from Japan. New records of Sinopoda okinawana Jager & Ono 2000 and S. tanikawai Jager & Ono 2000 are presented.
