Bakalura darba autore pētījusi negodprātīga labuma gūšanu no citām personām piederošām preču zīmēm. Darbā tiek analizēts kā izpaužas negodprātīga labuma gūšana, kā arī tas, uz kādām pazīmēm izpaudīsies pārkāpums. Pētījuma mērķis ir iegūt padziļinātāku izpratni par negodprātīga labuma gūšanu no citām personām piederošām preču zīmēm jēdziena saturu, kā arī izpētīt iespējamos tiesiskos aizsardzības līdzekļus. The Double Electron Electron Resonance (DEER) is an innovative technique that allows to measure the distance distribution between two spin labels within a range of 2-8 nm. This technique does not require crystalline samples, thus it is possible to determine the position of two different spin labelled domains of intrinsically flexible macromolecular systems. Search for a diffuse flux of high-energy ¿µ with the ANTARES neutrino telescope

A search for a diffuse flux of astrophysical muon neutrinos, using data collected by the ANTARES neutrino telescope is presented. A $(0.83\times 2\pi)$ sr sky was monitored for a total of 334 days of equivalent live time. The searched signal corresponds to an excess of events, produced by astrophysical sources, over the expected atmospheric neutrino background. The observed number of events is found compatible with the background expectation. Assuming an $E^{-2}$ flux spectrum, a 90% c.l. upper limit on the diffuse $\nu_\mu$ flux of $E^2\Phi_{90%} = 5.3 \times 10^{-8} \ \mathrm{GeV\ cm^{-2}\ s^{-1}\ sr^{-1}} $ in the energy range 20 TeV - 2.5 PeV is obtained. Abstract The topic of 24-hour management of COPD is related to day-to-night symptoms management, specific follow-up and patients’ adherence to therapy. COPD symptoms strongly vary during day and night, being worse in the night and early morning. This variability is not always adequately considered in the trials. Night-time symptoms are predictive of higher mortality and more frequent exacerbations; therefore, they should be a target of therapy. Educational attainment and permanence in NEET situation among youth

Using the French Labour Force Survey, this paper analyses the individual and institutional effects on the transitions into and out of NEET status before and after the crisis. In particular, we question whether the profiles or the labour market transition patterns of young people have changed since the economic crisis. The econometric results indicate that the NEET risks vary according to age, sex, educational level and social origins. They also show that the transition out of NEET status is more related to the educational attainment, after 2008. Conversely, the lack of human capital and social capital increases the retention of youth in NEET situations.

En este artículo, se realiza un análisis estadístico de la desigualdad digital en España a partir de una operacionalización de las tres brechas digitales más relevantes: (1) accesibilidad a los dispositivos TIC; (2) competencias y habilidades digitales; y (3) prácticas digitales y formas diferenciales de uso. La metodología es cuantitativa, basada en la última oleada (2018) de la encuesta sobre equipamientos tecnológicos en el hogar del INE (TIC-H), a partir de la cual se ha desarrollado un análisis comparativo por género, edad, nivel de estudios, situación laboral y tipo de hábitat residencial.
