The persistence of intrapopulation phenotypic variation typically requires some form of balancing selection because drift and directional selection eventually erode genetic variation. Heterozygote advantage remains a classic explanation for the maintenance of genetic variation in the face of selection. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp apmierinātību ar dzīvi un emocionālo intelektu sievietēm dažādās vecuma grupās (25 – 35 un 59 – 69 gadi). Pētījumā piedalījās 110 sievietes,55 sievietes katrā grupā. Izpētei tika izmantotas Apmierinātības ar dzīvi skala (Satissfaction With Life Scale; Diener, Emmons, Larsen, &Griffin, 1985 ) un Emocionālā intelekta aptauja (The Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test, SREIT, Shutte , 1998, kā minēts Schutte, Malouff, & Bhullar, 2009). This article examines the development of knowledge sharing during the initial exploratory stages of an emerging business network. We demonstrate how the business model can serve as a tool for spanning organisational boundaries.
