Heterozygote advantage and pleiotropy contribute to intraspecific color trait variability

The persistence of intrapopulation phenotypic variation typically requires some form of balancing selection because drift and directional selection eventually erode genetic variation. Heterozygote advantage remains a classic explanation for the maintenance of genetic variation in the face of selection. However, examples of heterozygote advantage, other than those associated with disease resistance, are rather uncommon. Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot, vai pastāv saistība starp apmierinātību ar dzīvi un emocionālo intelektu sievietēm dažādās vecuma grupās (25 – 35 un 59 – 69 gadi). Pētījumā piedalījās 110 sievietes,55 sievietes katrā grupā. As enterprises focus increasingly on core competencies, the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing between organisations is greatly enhanced. This article examines the development of knowledge sharing during the initial exploratory stages of an emerging business network. We demonstrate how the business model can serve as a tool for spanning organisational boundaries.
