[EN] Research in business organization in general and talent management (in university or professional students) uses in many cases self-administered questionnaires as a source of data to assess people's competencies. In clinical psychology, it has been shown that self-evaluations of behaviors may present a bias of social desirability. However, even in this field of research it is not usual to measure its effect when taking data. Our work proposes a protocol to find a set of scales of social desirability (SD) with less than 20 items that are valid and reliable. We also intend to identify if SD scales are associated with the self-assessments of some transversal competences.

We applied a structured literature review as our research methodology to develop a framework to depict the components of value co-creation and co-destruction processes and to understand the behavioral drivers of service system actors as well as the positive and negative value outcomes derived through resource integration and social interaction. How might music teachers help their students cope with the anxiety-provoking aspects of public performance? This article aims to provide some elements to answer this question. It is important to consider that public performance is one of the main aspects of musical practice from the start of the learning process. Given the high prevalence of music performance anxiety—MPA among musicians of all levels and ages, the teacher has an important role. Based on a literature review, the sources of MPA are analyzed and, for each of them, strategies that could be used by a music teacher are indicated. Emphasis is placed on prevention and on the importance of raising music teachers’ awareness of MPA.

The current study utilises the time-tested systematic literature review (SLR) method to identify and analyse 76 studies addressing the consumer adoption of green hotels. The results of the research profile analysis show that the literature on consumers' adoption and consumption of green hotel products and services is expanding and gaining more recognition from researchers working in Asian contexts, particularly China, Taiwan and India.
