Optical Fibre NO2 Sensor Based on Lutetium Bisphthalocyanine in a Mesoporous Silica Matrix

International audience; In this article, we describe a NO2 sensor consisting of a coating based on lutetium bisphthalocyanine (LuPc2) in mesoporous silica. The sensor exploits the absorption spectrum change of this material which strongly and reversibly decreases in contact with NO2. NO2 is measured by following the amplitude change in the reflected spectrum of the coating deposited on the tip of a silica fibre. As diffusion of NO2 in LuPc2 is slow, the response time could be slow. The interaction with native DNA of a 2,7-diazapyrenium-based ligand 1 and its Pt II rectangular metal- lacycle 2 is explored through circular and linear dichroism and fluorescence spectroscopies. The metal-free ligand 1 binds through intercalation, with a binding constant of approximately 5 � 10 5 m � 1 , whereas the metallacycle 2 binds and bends the DNA with a bind- ing constant of 7 � 10 6 m � 1 . PCR assays show that metallo-supramolecular box 2 interferes with DNA transactions in vitro whereas the intercalator 1 does not. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek apzinātas mūsdienu pētnieku atziņas par Ovidija poēmu „Ars amatoria”, tās raksturiezīmes, kā arī teorētisks materiāls par semantiku un semantisko lauku. Bakalaura darba vajadzībām konstruēts sentiendi leksiski semantiskais lauks. Ņemot to vērā, tiek atlasītas un grupētas leksēmas tematiskajās grupās jeb piecās maņās.
