In Spain, as in many other countries, corporate criminal liability has been a reality for years, as well as criminal compliance programs that allow them to be mitigated or exonerated from liability. In this article we will present some of the main keys to consider for the implementation of these mechanisms. This is a series of general considerations that can serve as a guide to understand the complex system of crime prevention provided by the organization and management models in the corporate environment.
Topological confinement in QCD2

In two dimensional SU(N) theories confinement can be understood as a topological property of the vacuum. In the bosonized version of two dimensional theories no trivial boundary conditions (topology) play a crucial role. They are inevitable if one wants to describe non singlet states. In abelian bosonization, color is the charge of a topological current in terms of a non-linear meson field. Hemos localizado la primera población de Anemone ranunculoides L. en la provincia de León (España), lo que representa el límite occidental de la corología de la especie. Se trata de una planta de floración temprana, propia de ambientes boscosos planocaducifolios. Su rareza en el contexto peninsular ha dotado a este taxon de distintas formas de protección. En Castilla y León está incluida en el Inventario de Especies de Atención Preferente, lo que implica una especial conservación de las poblaciones existentes. The HADES (High Acceptance Di-Electron Spectrometer) is a tool designed for lepton pair (e+e−) spectroscopy in pion, proton and heavy ion induced reactions in the 1–2AGeV energy range. One of the goals of the HADES experiment is to study in-medium modifications of hadron properties like effective masses, decay widths, electromagnetic form factors etc. Such effects can be probed with vector mesons ( ρ,ω,ɸ ) decaying into e+e− channel. The identification of vector mesons by means of a HADES spectrometer is based on invariant mass reconstruction of e+e− pairs. Analytical RF Pulse Heating Analysis for High Gradient Accelerating Structures

The main aim of this work is to present a simple method, based on analytical expressions, for obtaining the temperature increase due to the Joule effect inside the metallic walls of an RF accelerating component. This technique relies on solving the 1-D heat-transfer equation for a thick wall, considering that the heat sources inside the wall are the ohmic losses produced by the RF electromagnetic fields penetrating the metal with finite electrical conductivity.
