Un nuovo derivato policiclico glicosilato è stato ottenuto partendo dal derivato policiclico iodurato, utilizzando la reazione di Sonogashira.Il composto glicosilato saggiato presso l’NCI è risultato attivo su tutte le 60 linee cellulari tumorali del panel, risultando più attivo degli altri composti policiclici precedentemente saggiati. Il composto induce l’arresto del ciclo cellulare in fase G2/M nella linea cellulare MDA-MB231, fa diminuire i livelli di ciclina B1e Cdc-2 mentre produce un aumento dell’inibitore p21WAF1, una chinasi ciclino-dipendente.
Risk narrations and perceptions in the COVID-19 time. A discourse analysis through the Italian press

This paper explores how the risk related to the pandemic of COVID-19 was managed, narrated and perceived in Italy during the lockdown phase, from February until June 2020. Šajā darbā autore pēta zinātnieku teorētiskās atziņas par koherenci, kā arī analizē koherences esamību vai trūkumu. Veiktā pētījuma rezultātā darba autore apskatīja un izanalizēja biežākus koherences un inkoherences parādības gadījumus policijas dokumentos krievu un latviešu valodā. Darba autore aprakstīja koherences un kohēzijas mehānismus. Praktiskajos piemēros darba autore aprakstīja, analizēja un sistematizēja sasaistīta teksta veidošanas aspektus, to tulkojamību. Policijas darba stress un pāru attiecības

Bakalaura darbā tika noskaidrots, vai pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas saistības starp policistu darba stresu un pāru attiecību kvalitāti. Pētījumā piedalījās (N=52) policijas darbinieki vecumā no 25-60 (M=41), (SD=8,90). Tika papildus ievākti demogrāfiskie dati, grupējot pēc dzimuma, izglītības līmeņa un attiecību statusa. Ar vidējo izglītību bija (N=17) 32,7% un ar augstāko izglītību (N=35) 67,3% respondenti. Pētījumā piedalījās vīrieši (N=24) 46,2% un sievietes (N=28) 53,8%. Pēc attiecību statusa – precējušies (N=32) 61,5%, dzīvo kopā ar partneri (N=20) 38,5%. La Policía Local es una de las instituciones públicas menos investigadas. Esta ausencia de estudios contrasta con su importancia y con la evolución sufrida en los últimos tiempos, a lo que se añade que cuando existen publicaciones sobre la misma, estas se centran en aspectos políticos o jurídicos pero no abundan en el funcionamiento organizativo, las tareas o las relaciones con la población, es decir, se discute el modelo en sus aspectos normativos y/o políticos pero no la realidad. Por añadidura, la mayoría de los estudios son de carácter interno y apenas trascienden a nivel social.
