Si propone una lettura critica della giurisprudenza formatasi in materia e vengono messi in luce i principali nodi problematici delle relazioni sindacali nell'ordinamento sportivo, proponendo possibili correttivi e soluzioni innovative.

La consegna di un sentimento della vita e la vita dell'intelligenza

Nella prima parte, l'A. propone una definizione dell'educazione come consegna di un sentimento della vita: ne va di un'eredità di senso, un ideale di vita buona percepito come valore positivo che consenta al soggetto di abitare eticamente il mondo. Nella seconda parte, è invece proposta una visione della formazione come affinamento dell'intuizione intellettuale, attraverso una pratica noetica che si ispira al metodo fenomenologico. La vita dell'intelligenza è vista come la forma più alta di vita, incremento dell'essere del soggetto e fulcro della personalizzazione dell'esistenza.

ABSTRACT: The first Bible translated completely into Spanish, by Casiodoro de Reina, was published in Basel in 1569. It is known as The Bible of the Bear in reference to the emblem featured on its title-page. The interpretation of this emblem has been largely unsatisfactory. This study proposes a new interpretative hypothesis based on the comparison of the emblems in the first two Protestant Spanish Bibles: The Bible of the Bear and The Bible of the Pitcher . Cette étude a pour objectif d’observer l’empan littéraire du XVIIIe siècle en Grande-Bretagne et d’y extraire une œuvre, celle de Tobias Smollett, qui était médecin avant de devenir un romancier très populaire. This article wants to be a close reading of La Victoria, Federica Montseny’s novel published in 1925, in order to achieve two objectives: on the one hand, to break down the clichés that normally appear in Montseny’s work –her “revolutionary melodrama”- as a perfect example of the eternal “ethic-aesthetic” paradox and, on the other hand, to point out the capability of this kind of study to dynamize the so-called “women’s literature” in the context of the XX Century Spanish literature.
