A Reduced-Form Model for Warrant Valuation

This paper studies warrant valuation using a reduced-form model. Analogous to the credit risk literature, structural models require complete information about the asset value process and the firm’s liabilities. In contrast, reduced-form models require only information about the firm’s stock price process. We introduce a reduced-form model where the warrant holder is a price taker, and we relate our model to structural models appearing in the literature.

Por ello se realiza este trabajo de evaluación consistente en la comparación de cinco revistas españolas y brasileñas de ciencias del deporte a partir de 15 indicadores de transparencia, gestión editorial, visibilidad e internacionalización. To determine whether a nontoxic derivative of pertussis toxin obtained by recombinant DNA technology, PT-9K/129G, is a good candidate for a new pertussis vaccine, we examined the safety and the immunogenicity in children of a vaccine containing 15 micrograms of PT-9K/129G protein and 0.5 mg of aluminum hydroxide per dose. Fifty-three children 12 to 24 months of age and 21 infants aged 2 to 4 months were injected with two and three doses, respectively. The vaccine did not induce significant local or systemic reactions and elicited an increase of antibody titer in more than 98% of the children. Abstract An earlier study by the same team showed that Chardonnay wines have common olfactory properties by which wine experts can recognize them. The specific Chardonnay olfactory space was also tentatively linked to the relative concentrations of 29 volatile compounds, regarded as possible aroma-impact compounds. Abstract The main objective of the study was to investigate influence of geographical location on volatile composition and perceived flavour profile of Sauvignon wines of New Zealand (Marlborough), French (Sancerre; Loire; Saint Bris), and Austrian (Styria) origin. Nineteen New Zealand wine professionals evaluated 18 Sauvignon wines, 6 from each source of origin, by sensory methods that included intensity ratings to experimenter-provided descriptors, typicality ratings, and classification tasks (non-directed and directed sorting).
