International audience; Flavescence dorée is a serious and incurable vine disease transmitted by an insect vector. Focusing on its spatial diffusion and on its control with pesticides, this paper investigates the private strategies of wine producers and their socially optimal counterparts. In the title chalcone-thiophene derivative, the dihedral angle between the aromatic and the thiophene rings is 11.4 (2)°. In the crystal, molecules are linked by C—H⋯O and C—H⋯S weak interactions along [100], forming rings of R22(8) graph-set motif, by C—H⋯O weak interactions along [010], forming C(6) chains, and by weak H(methyl–group)⋯Cg(thiophene ring) interactions into dimers; the crystal packing resembles a herringbone arrangement when viewed along [100]. A molecular docking calculation of the title compound with the neuraminidase enzyme was carried out.

Purpose: To develop quercetin-loaded phospholipid vesicles, namely liposomes and PEVs (Penetration Enhancer-containing Vesicles), and to investigate their efficacy on TPA-induced skin inflammation. Methods: Vesicles were made from a mixture of phospholipids, quercetin and polyethylene glycol 400 (PEG), specifically added to increase drug solubility and penetration through the skin. Este trabajo analiza las relaciones entre la formación, la investigación en didáctica y la práctica docente del profesorado de ciencias de secundaria. La muestra no probabilística está formada por 55 profesores de secundaria. La metodología elegida es de tipo mixto (cuantitativo-cualitativo) y utiliza tres instrumentos complementarios: un cuestionario, un protocolo de observación en el aula y una entrevista. Los resultados de los cuestionarios muestran dos tipos de formación en didáctica de las ciencias: activa y estándar.
