Inflammatory cell invasion and cytokine activation are important steps in the pathogenesis of immune-mediated diseases of muscle. Metalloproteinase-disintegrins (ADAMs) are considered to play a critical role in leukocyte migration by promoting cellular adhesion, cleavage of molecules of the extracellular matrix and shedding of membrane bound cytokines. Also in practice, the phenomenon with its characteristics and manifestations becomes increasingly relevant on many levels and for many different types of people and organizations. Upper Echelons Theory and financial governance theory both postulate that CEOs have a determining influence on the performance with, however, a very significant difference concerning the influence of managerial discretion. La recerca sobre l’ensenyament de la gramàtica abasta temes diversos i adopta perspectives plurals. El III Congrés Internacional sobre Ensenyament de la Gramàtica (Congram19), celebrat a la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona del 23 al 25 de gener de 2019, n’és una mostra. La presència de treballs de recerca actuals realitzats en diversos contextos va ser una oportunitat per a contribuir a un camp comú en el qual sigui possible reflexionar i debatre sobre les particularitats de la recerca realitzada en cadascun d’aquests contextos, lligada clarament a les finalitats assignades a l’ensenyament de la gramàtica. The mystery shopping technique is a tool frequently used by organizations to hit a double target: (1) to seduce/to reassure/ to make the customer regular; (2) to diffuse the customer's voice in the organization and to justify the change. Although a great diffusion of the mystery shopping in private and public organizations, there are few studies on this tool. From the SNCF's example, the author considers the mystery shopping from the foucaldian point of view as a management mechanism in order to support organizational changes and analyses the effects of power induced by this tool.
Automatisation des tableaux de bord et cohérence du contrôle de gestion : à propos de deux cas

Cet article presente les resultats d’une enquete exploratoire dont l’objet est l’etude des rapports entre l’automatisation des tableaux de bord et la coherence du controle de gestion. A partir de deux cas juges exemplaires, celui d’une entreprise industrielle et celui d’une banque, nous etudions cette relation sous l’angle du partage des representations et de la coherence des comportements. Il en ressort que l’augmentation de la formalisation ne cree pas davantage de rigidite mais produit au contraire plus de dynamique ou de continuite et de permanence.
