The research aim of the article is to determine the legal rules related to marriage in the earliest writings of the primary Christianity, that is dated to the post-apostolic period and to the activities of the apologists of the IIth century. The research query indicated that the writers of the post-apostolic period put more emphasis on maintaining by the spouses harmonious relationships between each other, preserving evangelical recommendations and gaining moral virtues. This study examined the associations of work schedules and spousal satisfaction among Finnish (n = 347), Dutch (n = 304) and British (n = 337) parents. In addition to comparing parents with nonstandard schedule with parents in regular day work, the study examined separately the roles played in spousal satisfaction of morning, evening, night and weekend work and other working time-related variables (working hours, changes in and influence over one’s work schedules and spouse’s work schedule). Artykuł analizuje naukę o małżeństwie w dwóch współczesnych, niemieckich katechizmach: Evangelischer Erwachsener Katechismus (Ewangelicki katechizm dla dorosłych) i w przetłumaczonym na język polski Katolickim katechizmie dorosłych. Po ogólnym wprowadzeniu treść pierwszego z nich zebrana jest wokół tematów: małżeństwo cywilne a ślub kościelny, istota małżeństwa, formy małżeństwa, rozwód małżeński, małżeństwa mieszane. Tematami drugiego są: małżeństwo jako sakrament, istotne przymioty małżeństwa, małżeństwa mieszane. Artykuł kończy krótkie podsumowanie.
Le "manteau de la religion" couvrant le vide : la critique du catholicisme dans "Comment on meurt" et "Comment on se marie" d’Émile Zola

The paper discusses Emile Zola’s critical opinion about the Catholicism revealed in two novellas, Comment on meurt (Death) and Comment on se marie (Modern marriage). The two texts, depicting crucial moments of human existence in various social classes, show the general lack of faith within the French society of the Second Empire and the superficial character of religious rituals considered as a simple element of tradition. The attitude of the clergy, hypocritical and greedy, is an important factor of this situation.

Pojęcie towarzyszenia jest wiodącym terminem w kolejnych rozdziałach dokumentu. Przybliżony został zakres znaczeniowy pojęcia towarzyszenia oraz charakterystyka posługi przedstawiona przez papieża.
