The study points to the urgent need to introduce legislative changes in the bankruptcy law, making it easier for aggrieved creditors to pursue ex delicto compensation claims against a person who has committed a tort while acting as a trustee in bankruptcy during the bankruptcy proceedings. The possibility for an individual creditor to pursue all claims against the trustee in bankruptcy for the benefit of the entire community of creditors would improve the compensation function of Article 415 of the Civil Code and Article 160(3) of the Insolvency Law, the preventive function, and the repressive function. Dans cet article, je voudrais comparer trois livres fondamentaux pour l’analyse sémiotique des œuvres littéraires, parus à quelques années de distance l’un de l’autre : S/Z de Roland Barthes (1970a), Maupassant de Algirdas J. Greimas (1976) et Lector in fabula de Umberto Eco (1979). Il s’agit de trois différentes approches à la sémiotique de la littérature, parues dans la même décennie, qui, par conséquent, ont produit trois différents objets de la discipline, en causant, avec un progrès considérable dans la recherche sur la signification, des équivoques théoriques qui sont encore à résoudre.

This work seeks to alert medical and odontological staff to understanding and using interdisciplinary handling for detecting different pathologies’ common otic symptoms. It offers better tools for this shared symptomatology during therapy’s conservative phase. Tensor tympani muscle physiology and function in the middle ear have been veiled, even when their dysfunction and anatomical relationships may explain a group of confused otic symptoms during conventional clinical evaluation. This study analyses the effects on health of the asymmetry of power relations between the sexes and, specifically, how life conditions have a bearing on personal well-being. Šī pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot trauksmes sensitivitātes, fizisko aktivitāšu sensitivitātes, ķermeņa masas indeksa un fizisko aktivitāšu saistību. Pētījumā piedalījās 478 dalībnieki, no tiem 362 sievietes un 116 vīriešu. Biomasas koģenerācijas sistēmas ir labs risinājums videi draudzīgākas enerģijas (siltuma un elektrības) ražošanā, tomēr biomasas sadedzināšanas rezultātā rodas ievērojams daudzums pelnu un bioogle, kas pārsvarā tiek apglabāti poligonos kā atkritumi. Maģistra darba mērķis – analizēt biomasas koģenerācijas staciju koksnes vieglo pelnu un bioogles sastāvu, īpašības, tajā skaitā toksicitāti, ietekmi uz augu attīstību, kā arī izvērtēt izmantošanas iespējas lauksaimniecībā. Rezultāti liecina, ka vieglie pelni un bioogle, nepārsniedzot noteiktu koncentrācijas līmeni, veicina sēklu dīgtspēju, augu augšanu, biomasas pieaugumu un nodrošina labu sakņu attīstību.
