The purpose of this article is to provide an empirical basis for understanding the issue of resistance within knowledge intensive firms. The paper initially provides a theoretical investigation identifying the research gap within the literature. The research gap further is explored through an empirical research. Research findings derive from the analysis of 11 in-depth interviews taken from a new media consultancy in UK. Moreover, the findings distinctively support that, staff resistance is beyond previously (traditional) assumed polar distinctions. In this work, 13 jet nebulizers, some of which in different configurations, were investigated in order to identify the biopharmaceutical constraints related to the quality attributes of the medicinal products, which affect their safety, efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness. The aerosolization parameters, including the aerosol output, aerosol output rate, mass median aerodynamic diameter, and fine particle fraction, were determined according to the European Standard EN 13544-1, using sodium fluoride as a reference formulation. Este artigo visa debater a responsabilidade civil do terceiro que interfere na relação negocial alheia culminando com sua extinção prematura. No Brasil, a questão está tipificada no art. 608 do Código Civil, mas admite-se a sua caracterização em situações distintas daquela tipificada. O debate sobre os requisitos caracterizadores da responsabilidade civil do terceiro é essencial para a compreensão do instituto, tal qual os fundamentos jurídicos (função social, boa-fé objetiva, concorrência desleal, relatividade dos efeitos contratuais, tutela externa do crédito) que servem de sustentáculo para o reconhecimento da responsabilidade civil.
