Profesionāliem tulkiem ir liela prasība pēc automatizētās tulkošana, bet, diemžēl, mašīntulkošanas sistēmas daudzu ierobežojumu dēļ nevar ražot tekstu, kas būtu līdzīgi cilvēka tulkojumam. Tomēr, pirmsrēdiģēšanu un pēcrēdiģēšanu izmantošana mašīntulkošanā var paaugstināt mašīntulkojamību. Tādējādi, pētījuma mērķis ir izanalizēt pirmsrēdiģēšanu un pēcrēdiģēšanu izmantošanu angļu juridisko tekstu automatizēto tulkošanu krievu valodā. Kritiskā diskursa analīze bija izmantota kā empirīskā pētījuma metode. Pēdējā desmitgadē mašīntulkošana ir ievērojami attīstījusies un tiek plaši izmantota tulkošanas nozarē, lai izpildītu pieaugošo pieprasījumu pēc ātrākiem tulkojumiem un samazinātu izmaksas. Lai maksimāli palielinātu mašīntulkošanas efektivitāti un iegūtu augstas kvalitātes tulkojumu, mašīntulkošanas darbplūsmā parasti tiek iekļauti divi papildus procesi: rediģēšana pirms un pēc mašīntulkošanas. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt gan latviešu, gan angļu ziņu diskursu, kā arī salīdzināt divu mašīntulkošanas rīku – Google Translate un Tilde Translator – efektivitāti, tulkojot ziņu rakstus no angļu valodas latviešu valodā. Many real life problems can be modelled as multiobjective optimization problems. Such problems often consist of multiple conflicting objectives to be optimized simultaneously. Multiple optimal solutions exist to these problems, and a single solution cannot be said to be the best without preferences given by a domain expert. Preferences can be used to find satisfying solutions: optimal solutions, which best match the expert’s preferences. Numerical and Experimental Study of a Novel Concept for Hydraulically Controlled Negative Loads

This paper presents a numerical and experimental investigation of a novel concept that eliminates oscillations in hydraulic systems containing a counterbalance valve in series with a pressure compensated flow supply. The concept utilizes a secondary circuit where a low-pass filtered value of the load pressure is generated and fed back to the compensator of the flow supply valve. The novel concept has been implemented on a single boom actuated by a cylinder. A nonlinear model of the system has been developed and an experimental verification shows good correspondence between the model and the real system. Pyrazole amino acids: hydrogen bonding directed conformations of 3-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid residue

A series of model compounds containing 3-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid residue with N-terminal amide/urethane and C-terminal amide/hydrazide/ester groups were investigated by using NMR, Fourier transform infrared, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods, additionally supported by theoretical calculations. The studies demonstrate that the most preferred is the extended conformation with torsion angles ϕ and ψ close to ±180°. The studied 1H-pyrazole with N-terminal amide/urethane and C-terminal amide/hydrazide groups solely adopts this energetically favored conformation confirming rigidity of that structural motif. Causal models communicate our assumptions about causes and effects in real-world phe- nomena. Often the interest lies in the identification of the effect of an action which means deriving an expression from the observed probability distribution for the interventional distribution resulting from the action.
