Based on narratives on six choral conductors’ unfolding careers, the article investigates significant moments in professional trajectories – turning points – and how these shaped ongoing practices. The empirical material comprises interviews with conductors that represent different pre-conducting platforms – musicologist, music therapist, music educator, instrumentalist, singer, and church musician. Numerous buildings fall short of expectations regarding occupant satisfaction, sustainability, or energy efficiency. In this paper, the performance of buildings in terms of occupant comfort is evaluated using a probabilistic model based on Bayesian networks (BNs). The BN model is founded on an in-depth anal- ysis of satisfaction survey responses and a thorough study of building performance parameters. Abstract Introduction Invasive Meningococcal Disease (IMD) is one of the most severe vaccine-preventable disease, with high fatality rate and severe sequelae in up to 20% of survivors. MenB, MenC and MenACWY vaccines are available in Italy, but recommendations vary among Italian regions in terms of type of vaccines and targeted age groups. The aim of the study is to describe epidemiology of IMDs in order to provide the best vaccination strategy. Cilvēkresursu analītika, kas operē ar datiem lēmumu pieņemšanas procesos, visā pasaulē kļuva par aktuālu tematu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas cilvēkresursu analītikas attīstības līmeni un sniegt ieteikumus organizācijām, cilvēkresursu speciālistiem un akadēmiskām iestādēm, lai veiksmīgi ievest cilvēkresursu analītiku. Pētījuma pamatā ir kvalitatīvi dati, kuri tika iegūti intervējot četrus cilvēkresursu speciālistus. Secināts, ka ir būtiska vajadzība pēc cilvēkresursu analītikas un intervētiem organizāciju pārstāvjiem šī tēma ir pazīstama. Galvenais izaicinājums ir saistīts ar profesionālo prasmju trūkumu, tomēr nākotnei cilvēkresursu analītikas cerības ir pozitīvas.
