Mining Customer Requirement from Helpful Online Reviews

Today there are a huge quantity of online reviews available across different categories of products. The key question is how to select helpful online reviews and what can we learn from the abundant reviews. In this paper, we first conclude five categories of features to predict reviews' helpfulness from the perspective of a product designer and then present an approach based on conjoint analysis to measure customer requirement. The suggested approach are demonstrated using product data from a popular Chinese mobile phone market.

Alkylthio-tetrasubstituted μ-nitrido diiron phthalocyanine complexes are synthesized with n-butyl, iso-butyl, tert-butyl, and n-hexadecyl alkyl moieties. For the first time, a spectroelectrochemical investigation of μ-nitrido diiron phthalocyanines is achieved at all the redox steps. The complexes are stable in all their redox states, unlike their unsubstituted analogues. The interest of the present complexes is to prepare sensing devices by a solution processing method. Typology and Representation of Alterations in Territorial Units: A Proposal

Abstract This article proposes a typology of boundary changes in territorial units at two points in time. The different types of changes are organized in a hierarchy and represented homogeneously, independently of the number of territorial units involved and of the changes to them. Each alteration is described precisely and unambiguously, and it is codified to allow the information to be treated automatically. In addition to providing efficient storage of the information about these changes, a canonical representation facilitates the automatic detection of inconsistencies in the database. Understanding HR deliverables is an essential process for acknowledging its important role in driving organizational performance, in contrast with its traditionally elusive role. An organization can quantify the HR’s overall strategic impact by finding the proper ways for measuring its impact on the success drivers. This paper aims to identify and describe the steps needed in order to implement HR’s strategic role. The article reviews the relevant literature regarding the integration of HR into business performance measurement and suggests some guidelines for creating a HR scorecard.

Therefore, interpreting and simulating hydrological processes, such as rainfall excess generation, need a large number of Kfs data even at the plot scale. Simple and reasonably rapid experiments should be carried out in the field.
