Bakalaura darba ,,Rādi kapi Tartu un Meža kapi Rīgā: kapu plākšņu uzraksti un vizuālais izpildījums” mērķis ir salīdzināt mirušo pieminēšanu tekstuālā un vizuālā formā Igaunijā un Latvijā. Šī darba devums kapu pētīšanā ir dažādās valodās rakstītu uzrakstu tulkošana un salīdzināšana. Darba uzdevumi ir: izanalizēt, kā kultūras teorētiķu darbos atspoguļota mirušo pieminēšana, aprakstīt un sagrupēt kapu pētīšanas laikā savāktos materiālus, salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus. Pētījums var būt interesants folkloras pētniekiem un antropologiem. Salīdzinot rezultātus atklājās, ka kopīgo iezīmju ir daudz, bet ir arī atšķirības. The Concealed Information Test (CIT) has been used in the laboratory as well as in field applications to detect concealed crime related memories. The presentation of crime relevant details to guilty suspects has been shown to elicit enhanced N200 and P300 amplitudes of the event-related brain potentials (ERPs) as well as greater skin conductance responses (SCRs) as compared to neutral test items. These electrophysiological and electrodermal responses were found to incrementally contribute to the validity of the test, thereby suggesting that these response systems are sensitive to different psychological processes. Nucleus-driven crystallization of amorphous Ge2Sb2Te5: A density functional study

Early stages of nucleus-driven crystallization of the prototype phase change material Ge2Sb2Te5 have been studied by density functional/molecular dynamics simulations for amorphous samples (460 and 648 atoms) at 500, 600, and 700 K. All systems assumed a fixed cubic seed of 58 atoms and 6 vacancies. Crystallization occurs within 600 ps for the 460-atom system at 600 and 700 K, and signs of crystallization (nucleus growth, percolation) are present in the others. Crystallization is accompanied by an increase in the number of “ABAB squares” (A: Ge, Sb, B: Te), and atoms of all elements move significantly. W artykule wykorzystałam fragmenty moich badań, przygotowanych na podstawie wywiadów narracyjnych. Główny przyjęty przeze mnie problem badawczy sformułowałam w formie pytania: jakie znaczenie ma rodzina w kształtowaniu postaw prospołecznych u tych osób, które realizują zadania ponadosobiste? Poszukuję również odpowiedzi na pytanie: czy w biografii własnej i rodziny można odnaleźć źródła zainteresowania problematyką społeczną?
