Exploratory Study of the Intrusion Perceived On E-advertising Formats: In Search of a Classification

The aim of this paper is firstly to define intrusive advertising based on psychology literature and an exploratory qualitative study with 18 participants. We then propose a classification of advertising formats available to advertisers according to their intrusive characteristics, in particular regard to their display mode.

We identify the elements favoring the intrusion perceived as well as the intrusive attributes of the formats of advertising. This communication makes a state of the coordination activities carried out by the 6th work package "Tools for actors" of the CAENTI, Coordination Action of the European Network of Territorial Intelligence. This paper provides a critical survey on unit root testing procedures frequently used in empirical literature. The importance of the hypothesis of linearity of the deterministic component is stressed because its misspecification may result in the false conclusion that the time series has a unit root. Testing strategies elaborated by Dickey, Bell and Miller (1986), Perron (1988) and Dolado, Jenkinson and Sosvilla-Rivero (1990) are compared and their limit is evaluated. Guiding and confinement of interface acoustic waves in solid-fluid pillar-based phononic crystals

International audience; Pillar-based phononic crystals exhibit some unique wave phenomena due to the interaction between surface acoustic modes of the substrate and local resonances supported by pillars. In this paper, we extend the investigations by taking into account the presence of a liquid medium. We particularly demonstrate that local resonances dramatically decrease the phase velocity of Scholte-Stoneley wave, which leads to a slow wave at the solid/fluid interface. Numerical vibroacoustic analysis of plates with constrained-layer damping patches

International audience; A numerical vibroacoustic model that can manage multilayered plates locally covered with damping patches is presented. All the layers can have an on-axis orthotropic viscoelastic behavior. Continuity of displacements and transverse shear stresses at each interface is enforced, which permits to write the entire displacement field in function of the displacements of the-common-first layer, leading to a two-dimensional plate model.
