The issue of adoptive families is the object of interest for many researchers, especially outside Polish borders. A critical analysis of previous studies on adoption shows that the scientific value of many of the existing studies raises doubts. The reasons of this are more or less significant methodological weaknesses, which significantly reduce their scientific value. The authors describe a case of adrenal incidentaloma that was the cause of subclinical Cushing's syndrome and take the opportunity to weigh up some of the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic aspects. Besides the particular expression of the symptoms which were difficult to interpret before reaching a diagnosis, the authors describe the diagnostic work-up adopted, aimed at precisely identifying the type of tumour and the surgical procedure implemented laparoscopically, the outstanding validity of which is confirmed compared to traditional adrenalectomy techniques.

Archeology, by being a science, has its own research problems. It tries to analyze them using an appropriate methodology. Archeology deals with discovering the human past, likewise the environment, where people live, work and die. We cannot say also, that this is a science, which discovers only objects, that are used by people, while it discovers also an archaeological context, i.e. the place where those objects had been deposited. El presente trabajo se propone analizar los vínculos derecho y literatura en la historia argentina desde principios del siglo XIX hasta la actualidad. Desde los marcos teóricos que indagan la relación derecho-literatura, se estudiará las posibles articulación y funcionamiento de las producciones literarias en torno al espacio jurídico. Diferentes serán sus narraciones sobre el despliegue normativo, el uso de la fuerza, la protección de los cuerpos, la exclusión de la otredad y la construcción de la subjetividad.
