El objetivo es analizar la influencia del compromiso académico sobre la satisfacción de los estudiantes universitarios con su facultad, a partir del apoyo a la autonomía por el profesorado. Se administran escalas de Apoyo a la Autonomía, Compromiso Académico y Satisfacción con la Facultad, a 870 estudiantes universitarios dominicanos (50.6% hombres, 49.4% mujeres). ABSTRACT The aim of this research was to examine the relationships between transformational parenting, autonomy support displayed by mothers and fathers, and sport burnout in 360 junior soccer players (324 males, range age = 12-18 years). To this end, four steps were followed. Steps 1 and 2 tested the psychometric properties (i.e., factorial structure, internal consistency, and evidence of discriminant validity) of the Spanish version of the Transformational Parenting Questionnaire (TPQ), and steps 3 and 4 examined the proposed relationships. Abstract Acetaldehyde contributes to alcohol’s neuroactive effects through its own motivational properties. This chapter gathers current evidence on acetaldehyde psychoactive action, focusing on behavioral investigations able to unveil acetaldehyde rewarding effects and their pharmacological modulation in vivo. The use of differentiated Pedagogy in the Elementary School Classroom and its Psychological Determinants

The purpose of this study is to understand the fundamental reasons enhancing elementary school teachers to accept, or not, the use of differentiated pedagogy in the classroom. A derivative model of Ajzen's planned behaviour theory is tested, upon a sample of 111 Tours-city teachers, with applying a structural equation modeling technique (causal path analysis using maximum likelihood estimates). Ir svarīgi motivēt skolēnus lasīt daiļliteratūru tāpēc, ka lasīšana dod skolēniem iespēju attīstīt viņu valodas prasmes. In France, there is little research on university teaching and focusing specifically on teaching practices. This present research aims to explore this concept in two different ways. The first part focuses on the description of the practices implemented by teachers during first-year university lectures. Using in situ observation of lecture practices of 49 teachers from five programmes, we first show that teachers’ practices mostly rely on traditional methods as defined by Bru (2006). L’enjeu de cet article réside dans la mesure du rôle des capacités motivationnelles des étudiants sur la réussite universitaire, en adoptant une démarche quantitative et intégrative. À cette fin, les données récoltées sur des étudiants en première année de licence de trois filières permettent de contrôler un ensemble de facteurs relatifs aux caractéristiques socio-démographiques et scolaires des étudiants.
