Multifunctional platforms for cancer theranosis

The objective of this thesis was to develop multifunctional tools for cancer theranosis, particularly based on nanotechnology. The work is based on the premise of monomolecular multimodal platform that aims to create the building blocks that can be used for the synthesis of functionalized nanoparticles, bioconjugates or targeted small molecular imaging probes.The initial work focused on the synthesis of the chelator based silane precursors. These novel precursors were employed for the functionalization of AGuIX nanoparticles and have also been implicated in a one pot AGuIX synthesis. Carried out in collaboration with the Saint-Étienne University Hospital, this work provides additional information to help the skin diagnosis by providing new decision methods on Lentigo Maligna and Lentigo Maligna Melanoma pathologies. To this end, the modalities regularly used in clinical conditions are made available to this work and are orchestrated within a multimodal process. Dans le cadre d’un travail de recherche en Analyse Conversationnelle (Sacks, 1992) traitant des dimensions linguistiques et multimodales des interactions entre le personnel de service et les clients lors d’un repas au restaurant, nous avons élaboré une partie de notre corpus dans un restaurant expérimental équipé d’un système d’enregistrement audio et vidéo. Reading skills are more and more required to succeed professional examination. French crane drivers are concerned with this problem. In order to help them, we have conducted a study with three main steps. First, we carried out a cognitive work analysis. Second, we test several analogical modalities of written presentations focusing on the construction of a specific simulator. Finally, two experiments are presented showing a significative effect of this simulator on the comprehension of cranes technical documentation.
