The ferrocene-based Schiff base 3 was synthetized by reaction of ferrocenecarboxaldehyde 1 with 4-aminoantipyrine 2. However, the reaction of 1 with hydroxylamine affords ferrocenecarboxaldehyde oxime 4. Compounds 3 and 4 were fully characterized by IR, 1H, 13C and DEPT-135 NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and also by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 3 and 4 were used to remove anionic methyl blue dye from wastewater. The results established that both compounds have high adsorption capacity towards methyl blue. Meaningful Work Protects Teachers’ Self-Rated Health under Stressors

A sense of meaningfulness is one of the most sought?after work characteristics which has been associated with employees’ well-being. This study explored whether meaningful work enhances self-rated health in challenging work context, under the stressors of distractions, unnecessary tasks, and unreasonable tasks. Data was collected from Finnish teachers (N = 1,658) and structural equation modelling was employed with the latent interaction terms. A coach-guided Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) intervention that uses a blended approach of two face-to-face and five online sessions (iACT; N = 33) has been found to be more effective than a waiting-list control condition (WLC; N = 35) at enhancing the wellbeing of university students while also reducing stress and depression. The present study explored possible mediators of change that may account for the outcomes of the study. This paper presents a strategy for the maximization of the output power of photovoltaic (PV) systems under non homogeneous solar irradiation by means of automatic reconfiguration of the PV arrays layout. The innovation of the proposed approach is the employment of a simple Dynamic Electrical Scheme (DES), allowing a large number of possible modules interconnection, to be installed between the PV generator and the inverter.
