Tietotekniikkaa sisältävät lääkintälaitteet pitävät meidät hengissä, jos kehomme pettää. Esimerkiksi ostoskeskuksissa olevat älykkäät defibrillaattorit antavat maallikoillekin mahdollisuuden antaa tehokasta ensiapua sydänkohtaukseen. This paper presents a comparison of three post-weld treatments for fatigue life improvement of welded joints. The objective is to determine the most suitable post-weld treatment for implementation in mass production of certain crane components manufactured from very high-strength steel. The processes investigated are: burr grinding, TIG dressing and ultrasonic impact treatment. The focus of this investigation is on the so-called medium cycle area, i.e. 10 000-500 000 cycles and very high stress ranges. In this paper, we examine instances of the methods pupils deploy to do language policy in an English as a foreign language classroom in Sweden, where there is a locally practised English-only rule. Although we exemplify some more tacit methods of constructing a monolingual classroom (Slotte-Lüttge 2007), we focus primarily on instances where pupils police other pupils and on occasion even the teacher, when they are perceived not to be upholding the rule. Dažādu modalitāšu praiminga ietekme uz patērētāju uzvedību

Nav salīdzinošo pētījumu par patērētāju uzvedības praimošanu audiālajā, vizuālajā, semantiskajā modalitātē. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai, praimojot patērētājus caur dažādām modalitātēm, tas ietekmē viņu pirkšanas uzvedību. Datu ievākšanai tika īstenoti trīs pētījumi: pilotpētījums (piedalījās 125 respondenti) eksperiments Nr. 1 (203 respondenti) un eksperiments Nr. 2 (56 respondenti). Eksperimentos tika manipulēts ar četriem praimiem trīs modalitātēs, ar un bez iejaukšanās uzdevuma. Neviens no izvēlētajiem praimiem neietekmēja patērētāju uzvedību. The commentary discusses the scope of the court's jurisdiction in the proceedings to issue a cumulative judgment. The author agrees with the Supreme Court's view that, in its cumulative judgment, a court should neither assess whether individual penalties imposed under separate judgments are correct, nor should it analyse the extent of culpability and the social harm caused by the acts. W artykule podjęto rozważania teoretyczne, ale także analizy empiryczne – na podstawie badań przeprowadzonych wśród dzieci 5–6-letnich i uczniów edukacji wczesno-szkolnej – nad zagadnieniem trudnej sztuki obrazowania ruchu w rysunku. Analiza 1471 dziecięcych rysunków dowiodła, że badane dzieci na ogół tworzą rysunki, które charakteryzuje brak dynamiki (51,3%), czasem jednak podejmują próby zobrazowania ruchu – mniej lub bardziej udane. Master grunnskolelærerutdanning for trinn 5-10, 5-årig masterprogram IDR507 - Universitetet i Agder 2017 Hensikten med denne studien var å undersøke om kroppsøvingslæreren kunne ha umiddelbar påvirkning på ungdomsskoleelevers opplevde motivasjonsklima, og om dette ville lede til endringer blant elevenes målorientering. In his contribution, the author presents the work on the codification (initially on the Act) of procedural criminal law in Poland in the years 1919–1928. Those works were initially led by the Criminal Department of the Codification Committee, and then by the Criminal Proceedings Section of the Codification Commission. The first period of the work on the criminal procedure law was characterized by some disputes between the members of the Department, i.e. supporters of the classical school (E.
