Groto in Quevedo's love poetry: Three mythological poems

A través de la comparación de tres poemas amorosos de Quevedo con otros tantos del autor italiano Luigi Groto, el presente trabajo pretende demostrar que la imitación o reelaboración quevediana de otros autores no es nunca mecánica sino que conlleva siempre la aportación de recursos originales que consiguen renovar la tradición. The incubation process for the creation of viable firms: the case of ARCA Consortium

The aim of this study is to demonstrate that academic incubators play a key role in firm viability. This study develops a new analytic systemic framework that reveals the processes and factors that determine the effectiveness of the incubation process supported by university incubators. We analyse the effectiveness of the incubation process in the incubator of the ARCA Consortium by means of a single case study with an embedded design. In this study, adopting a systemic perspective, we shift the focus from the firm to the context, shedding light on the systemic actions that create the prerequisite conditions for the achievement of the firms’ viability.

Based on interviews with innovative companies in the education and training sector, this article studies the processes by which these companies innovate. The observations focus on the positioning of innovative companies in the field of education, the constraints that structure them, the processes implemented in the deployment of services and products, and the organization of communication on design. The results of the lexicometric analysis contribute to describing an episteme of contemporary design that both structures and limits the work of designers. Työvoiman ikääntyminen ja ammattitaitoisen henkilöstön riittävyys lisäävät tarvetta työntekijöiden työhyvinvoinnin ja työkyvyn edistämiseen terveydenhuoltoalalla. Kätilöt ovat yksi niistä terveydenhuollon ammattiryhmistä, joiden työkyvyn ylläpitoon kuuluu tuki- ja liikuntaelinoireiden ennaltaehkäisy. Työnkuvaan ja ergonomiaan liittyvillä hyvillä käytännöillä voidaan kompensoida työntekijän fyysisen toimintakyvyn alenemista ja torjua työperäisiä sairauksia.
