Se presenta una experiencia piloto realizada durante la primavera de 2018 en el Jardí Botànic de la Universitat de València. La experiencia reunió a 24 estudiantes de las titulaciones de Sociología, Educación Primaria y Psicología de la misma universidad (6 estudiantes de cada titulación), más 6 estudiantes de diferentes titulaciones académicas, incluyendo máster y doctorado. The purpose of the research is to examine the business processes management practices taking place in higher education institutions concerning research and development, management of international relations, and make recommendations for improving the methods relating to business processes management in higher education institutions. Those who are involved in hobbyist communities and share the values and practices of these communities often also innovate new products. Users are important actors in innovations. Recently, a lot of attention has been paid to users in relation to product development processes and especially user innovations.
