Laadullisen tutkimuksen päätavoitteena oli pureutua siihen, miten opettaja ymmärtää ja rakentaa pedagogisen auktoriteettinsa koulun arjessa. Koska auktoriteettisuhde ei todennu ajatuksissa, puheessa ja kuvitelmissa, tutkin myös, miten auktoriteetti toimii ja saa oikeutuksen luokkatilanteessa. Pedagoginen auktoriteetti liitetään taustakirjallisuudessa toisaalta varsinaisen vallankäytön ulkopuoliseen, kasvatukseen liittyvään auktoriteettisuhteeseen, toisaalta korostetaan henkilösuhteen merkitystä auktoriteettisuhteen muotoutumisessa. Šīs problēmas pētīšana un tās novēršana ir ļoti būtiska, jo no šo jēdzienu izprašanas veida ir atkarīga atbildības par izdarīto pārkāpumu. Goda un cieņas aizskaršanas gadījumā iestājas civiltiesiskā atbildība, bet neslavas celšanas gadījumā iestājas kriminālatbildība. Angļu valodas vārdu krājuma mācīšana vidusskolniekiem

Vārdu krājuma zināšanām ir svarīga loma komunikācijā svešvalodā. Šī darba mērķis ir parādīt kā izmantojot dažādas mācību metodes ir iespējams palīdzēt vidusskolēniem vārdu krājuma apgūšanā. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba galveno mērķi un atbildētu uz pētniecisko jautājumu par to, kura ir visefektīvākā metode jaunu vārdu krājumu mācīšanai, darbā tika veikts literatūras apskats kā teorētiskā metode un empīriskajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, kurā ietilpa stundu vadīšana, ieskaite un anketēšana. Vairogdziedzera slimību datubāzes izveide HORIZON 2020 projekta Euthyroid ietvaros

Diplomdarba mērķis. Pirmo reizi apkopot datus par vairogdziedzera slimību operatīvās ārstēšanas rezultātiem Latvijā, akcentējot vairogdziedzera vēžus un salīdzināt ar ticamību atbilstoši pasaulē pieņemtiem ticamības standartiem HORIZON 2020 projekta Euthyroid ietvaros, lai samazinātu vai izskaustu ar joda deficītu saistītās vairogdziedzera slimības Eiropā. Pētījuma materiāli un metodes. Pētījums ir retrospektīvs un tajā tika pētītas pacientu slimības vēstures. Kopumā tika ievākti dati par 852 2014. gadā operētajiem pacientiem no četrām slimnīcām (Rezultāti, 1.tabula), kas atbilst 82% no visām šajā gadā veiktajām vairogdziedzera operācijām Latvijā ar iepriekš minētajām pamatdiagnozēm. Analytical results for 2-D non-rectilinear waveguides based on a Green's function

We consider the problem of wave propagation for a 2-D rectilinear optical waveguide which presents some perturbation. We construct a mathematical framework to study such a problem and prove the existence of a solution for the case of small imperfections. Our results are based on the knowledge of a Green's function for the rectilinear case.

Lajintuntemustaidot ovat tärkeä bio- ja ympäristötieteiden alojen ammattilaisten osaamisalue. Lajintuntemuksella on myös merkitys osana laajempaa luonnontuntemusta, sillä esimerkiksi ekosysteemien rakenteen ja toiminnan ymmärtäminen ilman lajintuntemusta olisi hankalaa. Lajintuntemustaitojen on todettu heikentyneen luonnontieteiden korkeakouluopiskelijoilla, minkä lisäksi lajintuntemuksen opiskelu korkeakouluissa on todettu yllättävän vaikeaksi. A very flexible and efficient computer-aided design (CAD) tool, specifically suited for advanced comb-line rectangular waveguide filters, is presented in this work. The developed software tool, which makes use of a full-wave analysis technique based on the Boundary Integral - Resonant Mode Expansion method, permits to load the considered comb-line resonators with any number of radially symmetrical partial-height metallic posts. AbstractThe aim of this longitudinal study was to investigate the temporal dynamics of ethical organisational culture and how it associates with well-being at work when potential changes in ethical culture are measured over an extended period of 6 years. We used a person-centred study design, which allowed us to detect both typical and atypical patterns of ethical culture stability as well as change among a sample of leaders.
