Līdz ar to, bez zināšanu iegūšanas, skolēniem ir jāapgūst autonomo mācīšanās prasmju kopumu, kas bieži vien paliek novārtā nodarbību laika trūkuma dēļ. Diplomdarba mērķis bija izpētīt, kā apgrieztās metodes mācību nodarbība var sekmēt autonomās mācīšanās prasmju attīstību. Gadījuma izpētē, kas tika izvēlēta par pētniecības metodi, atklājās, ka apgrieztās metodes mācību nodarbība pozitīvi ietekmē izglītojamo spēju noteikt resursus, saglabāt apņēmību un motivāciju, lai pabeigtu uzdevumu, pašuzraudzību un sevis atspoguļošanu un spēju novērtēt mācīšanās rezultātus.

The depth and persistence of the Great Recession that started in 2008 had a considerable impact on income distribution and inequality. Therefore, studies of living standards and evolution of income inequality are trend topics nowadays. Our goal was to estimate the impact of the economic crises on household expenditure and the trends and evolution of regional inequality. The present study examines antecedents of university students' academic emotions (Pekrun, Goetz, Titz, & Perry, 2002) in the context of self-determination theory (SDT; Deci & Ryan, 1985; 2000), using realtime assessment and intra-individual analyses. We investigated whether daily autonomous and controlled-motivated educational goals predicted students' academic emotions.
