Emotions in E-Learning

This paper presents the results of an educational innovation in Higher Education, whose aim is to design and test a pedagogical model for e-learning. This paper has the main aim to identify and evaluate emotional factors related to e-learning by means of a survey research. The results show emotional well-being scores higher than wrong-being, identifying a range of emotions, which are related to different emotional states in e-learning. In addition, we present features of teachers’ and students’ virtual discourses in forums of discussion starting from types of educational interaction and kind of emotions related to certain settings of learning activity.

Efectos de un programa de formulación de objetivos y moldeamiento del pase en jóvenes jugadores de fútbol

Se realizó un estudio cuasi-experimental con el propósito de analizar los efectos de un programa de entrenamiento de 4 semanas de duración para la mejora del pase en el fútbol a partir de la formulación progresiva de objetivos basados en la creación de esquemas mentales, y la aplicación de la técnica de moldeamiento mediante el feedback aportado a los jugadores. En el estudio participaron un total de 13 jugadores juveniles de fútbol pertenecientes a un equipos de categoría de formación del Club Real Murcia SAD, con una media de edad 15.67 (DE = 0.35). En parte, dichos avances son consecuencia de hallazgos producidos recientemente, pero sobre todo se deben a la irrupción de una nueva forma de hacer historia, de cómo acercarse al pasado. Nos referimos a la influencia de las teorías feministas en la historia, la historia del arte y la arqueología, que ha favorecido la incorporación de la perspectiva de género en las investigaciones llevadas a cabo en el marco de estas disciplinas. River ecosystems receive and process vast quantities of terrestrial organic carbon, the fate of which depends strongly on microbial activity. Variation in and controls of processing rates, however, are poorly characterized at the global scale. In response, we used a peer-sourced research network and a highly standardized carbon processing assay to conduct a global-scale field experiment in greater than 1000 river and riparian sites. We found that Earth’s biomes have distinct carbon processing signatures. Slow processing is evident across latitudes, whereas rapid rates are restricted to lower latitudes. The electrochemical response of four natural cytotoxic thiazinoquinones isolated from the Aplidium species was studied using conventional solution-phase and solid-state techniques, based on the voltammetry of immobilized particles methodology.
