This report examines the experiences with a collaborative compliance project – Enhanced Customer Cooperation (ECC) – introduced by the Finnish Tax Administration. The ECC was introduced by the Large Taxpayers’ Unit of the Finnish Tax Administration at the beginning of 2013, and it ran as a pilot until the end of 2015. Since the start of 2016, the ECC has been a part of the permanent operations of the Large Taxpayers’ Unit. Diiminopyridyl metal complexes, first characterized several decades ago, found practical application in 1998 when they were used as precatalysts in coordinative ethylene polymerization. This discovery contributed to the so-called postmetallocene revolution and triggered the large-scale experimental and theoretical research aimed at understanding diversified diiminopyridine chemistry. The results of this quest, some of which were intriguing and difficult to anticipate, are discussed and summarized in the current Review.

This study aims to compare the minimally- invasive envelope flap, with smaller incision and fewer dissection and the conventional envelope flap, with a 20mm incision, on impacted mandibular third molar surgery, focusing on the hypothesis that there were no differences in postoperative outcomes.
