Este artículo presenta una experiencia artivista en la que participan 180 estudiantes de Magisterio. Desde una mirada feminista se reivindica una universidad más humanizada, naturalizada, igualitaria, respetuosa con la diversidad e inclusiva. Para ello, se modelan macetas de barro antropomorfas como forma de enfrentarnos a las experiencias de nuestro cuerpo. Se escriben micro relatos que acompañan a estos objetos. Y se entregan al profesorado y otro personal universitario como transferencia de su aprendizaje. Dans ce poster, nous présentons le modèle gravitaire sous différents modèles en mettant en évidence les effets de distance et les occasions interposées. Le modèle généralisé de Newton est utilisé et donne des estimations relativement correctes des flux intercommunaux en région PACA.
Behind the curtain of international diversification: An agency theory perspective

This paper dissects the antecedents of international diversification through the lens of the agency cost of free cash flow arguments. It explores whether the partial convergence of interests among managers, majority shareholders, and minority shareholders affects a firm's choice to diversify internationally. Using a sample panel of 60 Italian firms evaluated longitudinally from 2004 to 2014, the study tests whether a firm's international diversification is affected by its free cash flow (as the ultimate source of managerial discretion) and debt (as the main constraint to managerial discretion), especially in firm contexts that exacerbate agency problems. Retention of nurses has received considerable attention in recent years due to the ageing population and the shortage of nurses. However, most of the studies have concentrated on either older nurses’ early retirement or younger nurses’ turnover intentions. This study analyses the antecedents of different forms of job withdrawal intentions with special reference to perceived development opportunities and reward satisfaction. A quantitative survey was conducted among nurses in one Finnish University hospital. A total of 510 nurses completed the questionnaire, representing a 54.4% response rate. This article focuses on skilled migration flows from Southern Europe into Mexico. From semi-structured interviews with Spanish and Italian immigrants living in four Mexican cities of Mexico, it addresses both reasons for immigration and labour incorporation in Mexican labour markets. Specifically, it explores: i) the role of the economic crisis and the lack of good employment in the countries of origin as a key factor when deciding an international migration; ii) the employment opportunities offered in Mexican labour markets for the highly-skilled immigrants, and iii) the role played by the Mexican state and its current immigration law when channelling this group into the labour market

Gender diversity can be considered a useful strategy for improving equal opportunities in the labour market. It is also a valid criterion for optimising human resources in management professions. Unlike other strategies for promoting equal opportunities that have been applied in political or social spheres (quota system, parity representation, etc.), gender diversity combines humanitarian criteria based on citizenship rights for women with maximalist arguments relating to the value such a strategy can add to labour organisations. Autorka omawia wybrane obszary szans i zagrożeń w kształtowaniu niezależności życiowej osób z niepełnosprawnością. Czynnikami warunkującymi niezależność życiową tych osób są m.in. ich mocne strony - potencjał zachowany pomimo zaburzeń, np. umiejętności czy samodzielność. Brak samodzielności lub dodatkowe zaburzenia stanowią słabe strony i utrudniają niezależne funkcjonowanie w życiu.Jednak życiowa niezależność jest zdeterminowana również uwarunkowaniami zewnętrznymi, które można rozpatrywać jako szanse lub zagrożenia.
