G-Quadruplexes (G4) are non-canonical secondary structure found throughout the genome and transcriptome in guanine rich sequences. Their involvement in biologically relevant processes (telomeres maintenance, transcription and translation) has been demonstrated, yet their role is still not fully elucidated. Utilisation du numérique par les enseignants à l’université : description et analyse des facteurs explicatifs

Dans cet article, nous nous intéressons à la nature des technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) mobilisées par les enseignants universitaires pour enseigner et aux facteurs explicatifs de cette utilisation. Nous procédons d’abord à un éclairage théorique notamment concernant les concepts de « TIC » et d’« utilisation ». Puis, à l’appui des données recueillies en mai 2016 auprès de 248 enseignants d’une université française, nous montrons que les TIC mobilisées par les enseignants à l’intérieur, mais aussi en dehors des heures de cours, sont plutôt d’ordre générique en opposition aux technologies plus sophistiquées. Many works in management sciences are interested in the appropriation of management tools. On the other hand, few studies deal with the pre-appropriation phase, particularly of quality control tools. By understanding pre-appropriation as the first representations that the actors build of a tool, we wanted to know if an enabling management mode has an influence on them. An exploratory case study carried out in a component of a French public university, engaged in an AACSB accreditation process, allows us to draw some provisional conclusions: a partial capacitating steering mode influences pre-appropriation by giving rise to contrasting representations.

À l’instar de nombreuses organisations publiques, depuis plus de quinze ans les universités mobilisent massivement des outils de gestion issus du monde de l’entreprise. L’implantation voire l’utilisation de ces outils se heurtent souvent à des obstacles qui soulèvent la question de la compatibilité des logiques qu’ils portent, avec celles des établissements universitaires publics. L’ouverture d’espaces de discussion sur le sujet constitue une modalité particulièrement intéressante à explorer.
