Deutschland ist nach wie vor das beliebteste Zielland finnischer Studierender, und das wichtigste Motiv für die Wahl eines deutschsprachigen Gastlandes ist, Deutsch zu lernen. In diesem Beitrag soll das Konzept eines Blended-Learning-Kurses zur Vorbereitung auf ein Austauschstudium in einem deutschsprachigen Land vorgestellt werden. Der Kurs war handlungs- und textsortenorientiert auf den Erwerb mündlicher studienbezogener Fertigkeiten ausgerichtet. Für das E-Learning wurde das deutsche EUROMOBIL-Programm (Euromobil o.J.) verwendet. Abstract The use of automatic systems in the analysis of medical images has proven to be very useful to radiologists, especially in the framework of screening programs, in which radiologists make their first diagnosis on the basis of images only, most of those corresponding to healthy patients, and have to distinguish pathological findings from non-pathological ones at an early stage. In particular, we are developing preprocessing methods to be applied for pulmonary nodule Computer Aided Detection in low-dose lung Multi Slice CT (computed tomography) images.

However, very little is known about the skill profiles among children in preprimary education and how the potential profiles are related to arithmetic development. In this work, a method for the separation of triacylglycerols (TAGs) present in human milk and from other mammalian species by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography using a core–shell particle packed column with UV and evaporative light-scattering detectors is described. Under optimal conditions, a mobile phase containing acetonitrile/n-pentanol at 10 °C gave an excellent resolution among more than 50 TAG peaks. A small-scale method for fat extraction in these milks (particularly of interest for human milk samples) using minimal amounts of sample and reagents was also developed.
