Glutathione (L-γ-glutamyl-L-cysteinyl-glycine; GSH) in cancer cells is particularly relevant in the regulation of carcinogenic mechanisms; sensitivity against cytotoxic drugs, ionizing radiations, and some cytokines; DNA synthesis; and cell proliferation and death. The intracellular thiol redox state (controlled by GSH) is one of the endogenous effectors involved in regulating the mitochondrial permeability transition pore complex and, in consequence, thiol oxidation can be a causal factor in the mitochondrion-based mechanism that leads to cell death. Darba mērķis ir piedāvāt labāku prognozēšanas metodi aviācijas drošības pārbaudes kontrolpunktam, kas ļautu veidot un plānot precīzākus kontrolpunkta pārbaudes līniju darba grafikus. Precīzāki darba grafiki ļautu samazināt rindā gaidīšanas laiku, un ļautu pasažieriem ātrāk iziet drošības pārbaudi, bet no uzņēmējdarbības puses netiktu atvērtas pārāk daudz drošības pārbaudes līnijas, tādējādi izmantojot personāla resursu jaudu pilnībā. Tika izmantotas trīs datu kopas – izpildīto reisu datu tabula, pasažieru skenētās iekāpšanas kartes, dati par gaisa kuģu tipiem un to kapacitāti. Comparison between simulated and observed LHC beam backgrounds in the ATLAS experiment at E beam =4 TeV

Results of dedicated Monte Carlo simulations of beam-induced background (BIB) in the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) are presented and compared with data recorded in 2012. During normal physics operation this background arises mainly from scattering of the 4 TeV protons on residual gas in the beam pipe. Methods of reconstructing the BIB signals in the ATLAS detector, developed and implemented in the simulation chain based on the FLUKA Monte Carlo simulation package, are described. The relationship between bilevel optimization and multiobjective optimization has been studied by several authors and there have been repeated attempts to establish a link between the two. We unify the results from the literature and generalize them for bilevel multiobjective optimization. We formulate sufficient conditions for an arbitrary binary relation to guarantee equality between the efficient set produced by the relation and the set of optimal solutions to a bilevel problem. Modeļa pamatā ir binārie mainīgie, ar kuru palīdzību veido sarežģītu nosacījumu sistēmu, lai aprakstītu nodarbību saraksta veidošanas principus un konkrētajā mācību iestādē eksistējošus ierobežojumus.
